"Can't you just leave me alone?! I'm not in love with you!" Lily hissed, her striped tail swishing in anger. Ozone merely stared at her lovingly as he whispered, "You're the most beautiful creature I have ever laid eyes on..."

"IVY!" Lily shouted at the top of her lungs. A moment later, a calico appeared out of a nearby trash can and threw a loaf of stale bread at Ozone, which hit him squarely in the forehead. Stunned, the hairless cat toppled backwards. Huffing, Lily and her friend Ivy left the alley just as Snowball appeared.

Approaching Ozone, Snowball sighed, "Dude, I'm trying to make sure that members of Death and Darkness aren't crawling around the city and yet you're trying to win the heart of someone who doesn't love you." Rubbing his forehead, Ozone retorted, "Watch, she'll fall for me."
