Finally, it is done. My ideas. My dreams. And it has all come together. I have waited for a decade for this to happen. And it is right in front of my very own eyes.

Before me stands a huge, tall building. No, it was taller, taller than the Empire State building, taller than the Twin Towers, taller than the Burj Khalifa. The building was grey, white, and its windows were tinted. No matter how mundane it looks, its contents are amazing beyond comprehension.

As I stand there, admiring the structure before me, a voice snaps me out of my reverie.

"Excuse me, we need your signature to confirm the construction progress, if you do not mind," the lead architect suddenly hands me a pen and a clipboard with a form attached to it.

"Of course," I turn around and oblige to his requests without a second thought.

"Thank you," the architect takes the clipboard back and leaves.

"Mr Jason Chan, sir!" A familiar, ever eager voice calls out to my left after he is gone.

"What is the matter?" I quickly turn around, concerned that something had broken down or had to be cancelled.

The famously illustrious Rixxi (I forgot her last name) rushes to my side, panting.

"Well, you see, it's the notorious organisation that is known as Black Fox but is being renamed AYNH for reasons yet to be discovered!" Rixxi pauses to take a breath before continuing. "They request an audience with you, sir, and Mrs Claire (also forgot her last name)! We do not know why, but they said to tell you that it is regarding... Project Fate."

I stiffen but quickly shake it off. I must act unaffected in front of Rixxi. " I see, thank you. I will look for Claire myself." I spin around and briskly head for the direction of the office.

It becomes apparent that Rixxi had caught my previous rigid reaction to the mention of Project Fate, as she quickens her pace to match mine. "Mr Jason Chan," she speaks quietly. "Do you know what this project is about?"

I can tell from her tense expression that she already surmised that Project Fate is nothing good. Sometimes I wish Rixxi isn't so sharp.

"No, but seeing as it is the Black Fox we are talking about here, I doubt it is anything to be optimistic about," I lie, trying my best to keep a straight face.

As Rixxi frowns, I smile and attempt to shake it off. She sighs, obviously exasperated, but does not pry. Quickly, she leaves for the food hall upon giving up.

I breathe a sigh of relief. As trusty as Rixxi is, her heart believes in true righteousness and would never agree to a scheme like Project Fate.

Unfortunately for her, I lost my sense of selflessness many years ago.

I am Mr Jason Chan, creator of The Everything-You-Need House.
