Ding Dong, Ding Dong...

The sounds of bell ringing opened up Jason's eyes. He sat up and rubbed his eyes, feeling only if he had gotten an hour of sleep. Light escaped through the dirty glass window as it landed on Jason's eyes. He winced at the bright light as it stung, hurting his eyes as if he was a bat.

He threw his legs over the bed and got up, only to land on the ground by the exposedness of dizziness running though his mind. Jason groaned in pain as it stung like a million bees stinging inside his head.

Jason slowly got back up as just then a girl entered. He looked up as he panted heavily as sweat stick to his shirt. His heart leaped in shock as the girl was beautiful. Her rich, dark hair and forest green eyes. They seemed to trap his jade ones.

They locked eye contact as the girl rushed to Jason. Her hands were soft as silk, the way they pushed Jason back into the bed made him shiver. But, he felt as if he had seen this girl somewhere.

"You are not to be out of bed! I will not have these five days nursing you back to health all be for nothing!"

His heart seemed to leap in shock as he now remembered why his girl seemed familiar. But, she was princess...

"S-sorry... P-princess... B-Bella..." He coughed as his voice was rough as sandpaper.

"Don't be. After all, I just came into your room and helped you. I am a stranger towards you."

Jason shook his head as sweat ran down the back of his head. "N-not at all... I'm just grateful someone saved my life in time..."

Bella smiled and grabbed a wet washcloth; dabbing his face as a sigh escaped Jason's lips. "I only knew because I sensed your demon trying to kill you."

Jason seemed frozen as the silence was thick enough to cut through. "H-how did you know about that...?"

"My father, King Marx, hunts for demons. Demons are nasty creatures who only live to feed off the soul of the innocent."

Jason tisked, pushing her hands away from him. "I don't need your pity. I've had his monster for as long I've been alive. The pain is something I'm use to... Besides, I know the demon inside will kill me sometime or later in my life... It's only a matter of time it does."

A shiver crawled over his skin as he felt the stare of her examining him. As if her soul was trying to reach through his. "I could help you get rid of that demon."

Jason's eyes when wide as he turned around and faced her with hope he didn't have in a long time. "What are you talking about? No one can get rid of demons like that."

Bella gave him a smirk. "Then why did you turn around?"

Jason growled as he shakily got up and looked down at her. "J-just tell me how to get rid of his thing... I don't want the same thing to kill me like it did to my late father..."

Bella smiled as she stood up and traced the outline of his abs. He shiver as Bella then grabbed his chin. "I need your soul and shadow in order for this too work."

Water poured into the huge pond as the fishes skimmed the surface lightly with their tails poking out. One fish nearby splashed, Luna as she laughed. The water felt great as the summer heat wave beat down on Luna's poor back.

She felt like burned wood when she stood up. Stiff and hard as she popped her back, it felt like wood cracking when she popped it. She winced in sight pain as she remembers the farm. The warm air and quietness of it was like a true home to her. The animals, dad, and wonderful family who took her in, was a true home.

Luna gripped the buckets of water as she was flowering the never ending rang of beautiful flowers. She wouldn't have mind it if the sun showed her mercy for her poor back while working. She started to open the wooden door to the maid's halls of rooms when just then, she felt the presences of a demon nearby.

Dropping the buckets as quietly and softly she could before reaching up through her plain and long white dress for the knife tapped to the back of her leg, then stabbed at the shadow that was about to lung for her.

The demon howled in pain as it lunged for Luna. Luna dogged in time as the demon took the shaped of a human. Luan sucked in a breath, she never seen a demon transform into a shadow of a human being before.

Demons usual took the shape of monster depending on the person's sin. Anger, the form of fire and earth together. Sadness, Water and fire together if the sadness caused pain. Guilt, greed, madness, lust, and every other form of emotion that were in a form of bad were sins.

Demons would sense the feeling sins on a person and lung into there shadow. At first the person won't feel it, but the demon will slowly leak into their soul as the form of the sin they are or use to be feeling will affect the mind. Wasting it away into madness or whatever forms the sin was.

Luna shook herself out of the daze as the shadow caught her shoulder and threw her down to the ground. Luna cried out in pain as she when to get up before a kick to the face send her flying. She reached her hand out and digged her nails into the ground trying to stop herself, but was too later as she hit the castles steel wall.

It knocked the breath out of her as stars danced in her vision. The shadow chuckled darkly. It's voice was as if someone was trying to talk from underwater and couldn't breathe that well.

"ThE PrINceSS!"

Luna raised an eyebrow in confusion as she slashed at the shadows chest as it leaked out dark energy. It laughed in ragged breaths as the energy leaked out it's chest and formed in the shape of a hand. Luna eyes widen in fear and surprised as she quickly stood up and ran, but wasn't fast enough as the hand caught her by the foot.

Luna screamed in horror as the dark energy started to leak inside her. Filling her with pulses of darkness. Luna's heart seemed to slow down as it slowly seemed to kill her. Her vision started to waver as darkness filled the corners.

Blood seemed to stop inside as Luna couldn't even breathe anymore. The shadow chuckled as it raised Luna up to it's face as the blood in her face didn't reach.

The demon laughed darkly as it raised a finger and rested it just on the peak of Luna's chest. Luna tried to gasp in pain as it send more dark energy into her, only this one felt like it was glass cutting at her lung and her blood couldn't keep up with racing heart.

'This is it... I-I didn't even finish m-my... mission...' Luna thought to herself weakly.

She closed her eyes as the coldness of death welcomed her, until she suddenly dropped to the ground as she could barely hear the demon scream in pain. Luna opened her eyes only to see light filling up the demon as it explode.

She heard the familiar sound of Siegfried voice scream her name as darkness washed over her body and soul. It was like a river carrying her downstream. She fainted just as she felt the arms of Siegfried pick her up, only did then darkness filled up inside her.
