"Are you sure this will work?"

"Of course I'm sure." Luna said as Siegfried led her down the hallway to where the guard was.

This was a case she had never seen nor heard before. A demon living inside a human being since he was a child. This was one miracle for the boy because demons eat your soul very slowly inside every minute of the day. There must be something inside him to have him survive all these years until today.

Siegfried arrived at the door as he pushed it open and on his bed had a handsome boy around the age Luna was at. He was pale and usually skinny for a knight too be. He was sleeping as sweat gleamed on his forehead brightly, making his face more pale in the dimmed lighting.

"I told him to rest so he wouldn't feel the pain he will feel."

"He's going to feel it either way Siegfried."

"I just wanted to give the man some peace to sleep on."

"I wonder what peace feels like." Luna said as she took out her demon blade.

She's had it ever since her first mission as a demon hunter. A little boy was about to be eaten by a demon until she threw the blade right into the demon throat as black blood spewed everywhere. It wasn't a pretty sight but it was still the first time she learned she loved to do what she does now.

"Raslghten." Luna said while sharping the blade, "This is my blades name."

"What does it mean?"

"Well it means to me 'protect the light and vanquish the darkness'. Thought my father said it meant 'dusk before dawn'."

"I'm guessing it means light and darkness together as one?"

"I'm guessing, but I like my name better. It makes it sound more like a famous weapon name."

Luna turned and when over to the bed where the boy laid. His breath was nice and even, though his rib cage could be seen through his white shit. A pitch of pity fell in her stomach for the boy as he probably had no idea this demon was the reason he was dying so slowly.

Light gleamed out of the blades edge as Luna put it down on his chest and started tracing. The boy jolted awake with burning pain as he screamed and trashed. Siegfried pinned him down tightly as the boys eyes were close so tightly you could see the veins.

"LET ME GO!!! GAH IT HURTS LIKE HELL!!"

"I'm sorry Jason, but this is the only way to get rid of it." Siegfried said with soft singing voice.

The boy, Jason, arched his back in pain as Luna dug deeper into his skin. The symbol was of fire and lighting, a man and a demon together. One side of the face was the demon as the other side was of the man who face was filled with rage, grief, pain, and sorrow as the demon was mixing all of those emotions at once inside the man.

Luna finished the man's face as she started with the demon's face. Jason broke out into a blood curling scream of pain as the symbol was getting darker and darker, meaning the demon was close to appearing. Luna tore off his shirt as she pressed deeper and deeper into his skin as Jason eyes were filled with tears.

"I'm almost there..." Luna mumbled to herself as she finally touched the rim of his soul.

She gasped as she felt the demon inside him. It was taking Jason's pain and making it stronger by the second. She figured out how this demon was living inside of Jason, by taking his pain and using half and half to keep the other live will feeding off one another's soul.

Luna pulled her blade away from his skin. Jason gasp in relief, but not much longer as Luna strike the blade into his chest. Jason coughed out blood and screamed through the blood as Luna was sending the demon out. The darkness leaked out from the wound as it stopped at the edge of the bed; forming into it's demon self.

Luna pulled the blade back as Siegfried started healing him right away as Jason was long passed out. The black mist of darkness twist and formed into a bull beast of some kind. Four horns were on the base of it's skull as it top half of it was all bones and the bottom part showed fur of a bull. It's red eyes gleamed dangerously at Luna as she was shocked for words.

The demon charged at her as she dodged in time and lodged the blade into the base of it's neck. It cried out as it buried one of it's hoofs into her stomach and send her flying across the room. Luna groaned in pain as stars were dancing in her vision and didn't feel the warm blood pouring from her stomach, but could see the demon bull was charging at her again. Luna's eyes widen in horror as she barley dodged in time before becoming a bull dinner.

One of it's horn got stuck in wall as it was pounding and pounding at the wall to free itself. On it's back shined it's symbol where the weak point was- it's heart. Luna grinned as she grabbed her blade and started running towards it, very sloppy too as she barley was keeping her footing.

The bull finally freed itself, but not fast enough as Luna stabbed the spot in it's back. The demon bull cried out as it started disappearing in black mist, as well with black blood spilling all over Luna. She dropped to the ground, grunting in sight pain as she landed on her foot wrong.

Siegfried stared at her in amazement as she turned away, not use to this hero thing. The door came bursting opened as King Marx and her parents were in the doorway with wide and scared eyes as they looked over the room.

"Ummm... Sorry?" Luna said with a small smile.
