"Welcome cats, to our first ever gathering. Prey is running well. We have three new apprentices, Gingerpaw, Dragonpaw, And Shadowpaw," the cats cheered our names while Bloodstar raised his tail for silence, "Cloversnow is expecting kits and so far there has been no major threats in our territory." Bloodstar announced, stepped back, and dipped his head to Froststar.

Froststar acknowledged him and started, "Well, where do I even start! So, prey in our territory is also running quite well. We have four new apprentices, Halfpaw, Mistpaw, Stormpaw, and Fluffpaw, our new medicine cat apprentice," she explained, while the cats chanted out their names, "We have had very few sick cats in the last moon, but nothing severe. We've had a recent visit from WildClan as well." She dipped her head towards Bushstar.

He nodded and meowed, "Prey is running well, and we have two apprentices, Wavepaw and Turtlepaw. Also, we are proud to announce that we've changed our clan's name to TreeClan." The cats cheered the apprentices names as well as the new name of the clan.

Bloodstar leapt off the rock and gathered his cats together with a sweep of his tail. The other leaders soon did the same. We headed towards the stepping stones and slowly made our way across. As we were walking, I did not try to catch up with Dragonpaw.

Smelling mouse, I stalked into the bushes and crouched down, spotting it. Pulling myself closer, I sprang forwards at the mouse, killing it swiftly. I snatched it up and caught up to the patrol.

We walked past the waterfall, and I dropped my kill on the pile. Shadowpaw rushed up and crashed into me, then awkwardly scooted back.

"How was it?" Shadowpaw meowed, almost jumping out of his pelt with excitement.

"It was great!" Nothing bad really happened, and I caught a mouse on the way back," I told him.

"Everyone else has been fed, wanna share it?" He mewed.

I nodded, grabbed it back from the pile, and we both dug in. I looked behind Shadowpaw, and saw Dragonpaw with a content look on his face. No! I don't like Shadowpaw! I like Dragonpaw! But I feel so happy by Shadowpaw's side......

Curled up in my nest, I couldn't sleep. I got up to go make dirt. In the dirtplace, I felt a draft sweep down. Looking up, I saw a crack in the roof. Looking closer, and there was a mysterious blue glow coming from halfway up the crack

I reached up and put my paws in the crack. I found a paw-hold and hoisted myself up. Climbing up, a small crack was visible. I squeezed in, and the sight before me took my breath away.

In every corner and crack, blue glowing mushrooms grew. Glowing worms of the same color inched around. I lie down and fall asleep in the small cave, dreaming of the blue room, with the worms inching around me.
