Silver gaped in amazement at the entrance to Sky Mountain, forgetting to flap her wings for a short moment. With a small growl she half crash-landed into the beautiful yet hard stone floors, her talons creating small scratches in the carvings. Thankfully she managed to hold her feet.

The dome like entrance was massive, reaching hundreds of metres into the air. The same stone that occupied the floor created the arch, and along the stone were carvings of different dragons and their elements, creating a large battle that surrounded them. The top of the arch came to a sudden stop, forming into a front on image of a dragon with spread wings. It was amazing.

As the group followed Kai into through the entrance they attracted many curious glances and stairs from the many dragons occupying Sky Mountain. The interior design was just as spectacular as the outside. Small groups of trees and forests were spread throughout a large spacious area that reached high into the mountain. A waterfall fell from one side, creating a stream that split the floor in two before it left through the entrance. Dragons were crowding the area in there hundreds. There were all of the thirteen known species, from the common fire and water dragons to the extremely rare light and dark. It was quite a sight to see them all in one place, especially the few that Silver had never seen before.

"Well... this was unexpected," Zepos said, looking around in astonishment.

"I know. I never knew there could be so many dragons in one place," Silver gaped, "How many do you think there are?"

"A lot more then dragon valley, that much is sure," the electric dragon replied.

Kai turned to them and smiled, before speaking in Drakin, "This is The Centre. The largest area of Sky Mountain. It is where dragons come to socialise, where some classes are taught, where assemblies are held. The Centre is one of the five main sections of Sky Mountain. The others are The Training Centre, The School, The Nest and The Lab. They each are rather self explanatory."

The dragons hardly heard him, still wound up with amazement at The Centre. It was bigger then anything any of them had ever seen before. Compared to the D.E.D base they destroyed it was at least twice the size, but there were many more dragons here then at that single base.

"How many dragons are here?" Silver asked the water dragon.

"Including you? Now we have 2398 dragons and fourteen different species," said Kai with a proud grin, "Our leader, Iraliene, is one of the oldest dragoness's in the world. She celebrated her five hundredth and eighty fifth hatchday last week. She is a life dragon, one of the most powerful in the world."

"Life dragon?" Silver questioned.

"The proper name for a healing dragon," explained Kai.

"Oh," Silver turned her gaze back to the dragons roaming around her.

A number of them were gazing at her especially. She wondered if they had other metallic dragons here, or if her father and her were truly the only ones in the world. She hoped not, though it was quite likely. She could here the dragons whispering to each other, gazing at the new group that was before them. There were quite a few rarer type dragons in the group, like Celestia, being a light dragon.

A particular fire dragon caught her eye and she frowned. They made eye contact, and she froze. The fire dragon froze as well as they stared at each other in disbelief. He was bigger then last she had seen him, seeming to grow better into a lean form, much like her. There was a new scar lining his snout and an intelligent glint in his eye that had never been there before. But it was still the same dragon.

"Raize?" she said incredulously, more to herself then anyone else.

Her brother excused himself from the dragon he had been talking to and began to walk towards the new group of dragons, staring at Silver in disbelief. He began to trot, still watching his sister. He had thought her dead, or at least gone to one of the dragon hunting organisations.

"Silver!" he called over the murmuring voices.

"Raize, it is you!" Silver laughed, breaking away from the group and running up to her brother.

The two embraced, wrapping their wings around each other in what was a dragon's hug. Stepping back they just stared at each other for a moment, still struggling to believe whom they were seeing. Raize was slightly bigger then her now, maybe by a foot or so, but she was thicker, which surprised her slightly.

"What are you doing here?" Raize asked.

"What am I doing here? What are you doing here?" Silver said.

The fire dragon laughed, "A long story I'll have to reserve for another time, but wow. I guess I expected you to get here eventually but after almost a year of waiting I had given up hope. You're smaller then I remember."

"Smaller?!" she growled in a playful fashion, "Is that what you think? I could still kick your butt."

"Still the fiery attitude I see," her brother grinned back, flashing his teeth, "You'll have to tell me your story as well you know. I've literally looked everywhere for you."

Silver looked away slightly, a bit ashamed she couldn't say the same thing, "I thought you were captured."

He smiled at her gently, "Well I'm not."

They shared a gaze, and she smiled back. Oh how she had missed him. Finally reunited with another family member. It was a relief.

"Raize! How did I know we would find you here!" Zepos came padding up to the two siblings.

"Zepos! Wow. I didn't think I would see you here. I thought you got captured by A.O.D.H," the fire dragon said, surprised to the see the other dragon.

"Silver managed to free me," Zepos said, "And we've been helping each other out ever since."

"You freed him?" Raize looked at his sister in surprise.

"I found a way. Apparently if you overload one of their devices with electricity it breaks," she smiled.

"Wow, that is actually great news. You'll have to tell Iraliene as soon as possible. We've been looking for a way to do that for a long time," Raize smiled.

They turned to see Kai looking at them in confusion. The water dragon was suspicious of them, unused to seeing such familiarity between two dragons that had seemingly just met. He had a natural paranoia that came from being a scout with a big enemy and anything that seemed out of the norm was instantly under his inspection. He walked over to them.

"Hey Kai," Raize grinned at the water dragon, speaking in Drakin, "Remember my sister I told you about? Well this is her."

The scout's eyes widened in surprise as he looked between the two. It was uncommon to see two siblings of different species, but not unheard off, especially amongst the rarer type dragons. So a practically extinct metallic dragon with a fire dragon sibling wouldn't be implausible.

"You didn't tell me your brother was here," he said to Silver.

"I didn't know," the dragoness shrugged, "It was a welcome surprise though."

The water dragon let a smile loose. It was good to see younger dragons, especially siblings getting together so well. Sometimes siblings could cause a great deal of havoc amongst themselves and he had to deal with it. Though from what he knew of Raize the two of them getting on so well didn't seem like a good omen.

"You came in with quite a crowd," Raize looked towards the hundred dragons she had rescued, "What happened?"

"We escaped from D.E.D," Silver said, "And took them with us."

"D.E.D! Wow, you seem to have had a bigger adventure then I had."

"I heard you escaped as well. You'll have to tell me how you did that."

"I did," the fire dragon grinned, "Though now it doesn't seem as good 'cause you did it too. Once I found you I was planning on that being my boasting point."

"Well, now its mine," Silver chuckled.

"Hey Kai, do you mind if I take Silver from you for a few minutes, just to show her around a little. I'll give her back when Iraliene talks to them."

"I don't see why not," The water dragon sighed and turned away from them, walking back to where the rest of the dragons were waiting.

"I'll be back," Silver called to her group, seeing that they were looking at her with slight worry and confusion, "I'm just catching up with my brother."

A few understanding and surprised nods were sent in her direction before they turned back to Kai, who lead them away.

"You should go with them," Silver said to Zepos.

"Why?"

"Just to keep them together," Silver said, "And answer any questions they have."

The electric dragon hesitated, "But..."

"I'll be fine. Just go," Silver sighed.

Zepos snorted before trotting back over to the group. She watched him go and sighed. As much as she wanted not to, she was beginning to like the electric dragon. He had changed so much since Dragon Valley, and in her mind it was a change toward the better.

"Zepos seems different," Raize said.

"I know," Silver replied, "I think its good. He's more... grown up."

"Are you beginning to like him, as in... you now," Raize said shocked.

"No!" Silver blushed, before turning away, "Maybe a little."

He laughed and shook his head, "My sister has a crush."

"It's not a crush," she hissed.

"Okay, okay, whatever you say sis," he said, still laughing, "Follow me."

He flapped his wings and rose into the air. Silver grumbled slightly before following him and together they soared high up above the dragons below. The dragoness couldn't stay mad for long however as the wonder of the place below filled her once more. It was just now that she realised the many plants and trees that were spread throughout the area were arranged to shape the image of a large dragon with its wings spread. The waterfall was its head and the stream flowed out from its tail.

"Amazing isn't it," Raize flew up beside her.

Silver only nodded.

"It's a wonder how they made this place," her brother continued, "It required a bit of help from some powerful life and earth dragons and an intelligent human architect."

"I doubt dragons would have been able to make such an intricate design," Silver said.

"I know," Raize sighed.

The two flew in silence for a moment, gazing down at the dragons below. They welcomed each others company, for as much as they didn't want to admit it finding each other had filled a hole in themselves. Now that they were together they felt as if they could do anything.

"Hey Silver," Raize said, "Do you know... did you here what happened to... mum?"

Silver only nodded her head.

He sighed, "I miss her."

"Same," Silver smiled sadly, "I guess we'll have to make sure it doesn't happen to another one of us."

"Yeah," he went silent again.

A black dragon passed below them without even looking up, its dark scales absorbing the light around it. Silver shivered when she saw the dark dragon. In history it had always been one of them that had been the evil one, though now it seemed different. It was the second dark dragon she had seen. There had been another at Dragon Valley, though she had often kept to herself.

"Hey, I better get you back. Iraliene will want to see you," Raize said.

"Yeah, of course," Silver shook herself out of her thoughts.

Her brother lead her back down to where her dragons had congregated. They landed and he gave her another hug. She smiled at him and nudged him.

"I'll see you later okay," he said, "I've got a class I need to get to."

"See you later... brother," Silver grinned and poked him with her tail.

Raize rolled his eyes before running off into the crowds of dragons once again. Silver watched him for a moment, before turning her gaze to Kai who was speaking to the dragons.
