Alexandra goes to the park and smiles. She is so happy to see her friends are already there.

"Hi, Allie!" Billy says.

"H-hi, B-Billy," Aliie says. She thinks great I can not stop my silly stutter even though I have had my crush on him for two years.

"Billy, why do not you keep Allie company for a while?" Mary asks.

"Mary, you can not leave me alone with her," Billy protest.

Mary walks off.

     Alexandra frowns because she thinks Billy is ashamed of her.  

   "Y-you are a-ashamed of me, are not y-you?" 

      "Alexandra, we are friends."
   
   "Y-yes, f-friends." She mutters

       "You know you do not have to be so shy, right?" 
 
    "B-Billy, I..."  Alexandra starts to say.

      "Hey, Billy!"  Venessa shouts.

       
  "Jeremy, I will be right back," Susan tells her boyfriend.
  
  "Where are you going, Susan?" 

   "To  get that snob away from my sister, that is where!"  Susan responds.

   "Okay, Susan,"  Jeremy says. He stands there and thinks it must be a twin thing.

 
    Susan walks over to Venessa and says,  "I hear Charles has a crush on you!"
 
      "He does, then where is he?"  

      "Oh, he is right over there!" Susan says.  She shoves her toward the right.

          Susan then grins, as she returns to where Jeremy waits on her. She walks off hand in hand with him.

       
     Back with Billy and Alexandra...

      Billy stands there flabbergasted, he can not believe what just happened.  It is not like anyone has a reason to leave him alone with her is there?  He does see Alexandra as a friend.  It is just that he thinks she is afraid of him.

    "B-Billy, it is okay.  Y-you, d-do not have to stay on my a-account."

   "Alexandra, look I am sorry.  I did not mean to make you upset."

     "It is all right."

     "Allie is there a reason you  act differently around me?"  Billy asks.

       "I do not know what you mean.  I thought y-you w-were my fr-friend,"  Alexandra says sadly. 

   
      Billy does not know what he did or said to upset her.  He just knows Alexandra seems sad. He feels sorry for her.  He thinks is it me?   He wonders am I that bad of a friend to her?
