I've had people ask me about deadlines multiple times, so here's the info.

Any judge spots not filled upon entry time will be filled my myself or others who are willing to judge more than one category.

Judging will start a month after each category receives at least twenty entries. Judges will be notified about this accompanied by more detailed directions for how to judge (like how much to read, what each category does, etc.).

Round one judges get two months to judge and send in results. If all judges finish before two months, then judging time is cut short. The lowest scoring books are eliminated.

Round two judges get two months to judge, same as round one.

Round three judges get one month to judge, as they will be judging the final books, which will probably round off to about four books per judge. The lowest five per category are eliminated, the remaining five go to either honourable mentions or to first, second, third.

Books could also receive an extra title. An extra title can go to any book, eliminated or not. Extra title winners will be announced at the same time as the others.
