Background:

Tatsuya Kumoko is an A.R version of Takuya Yamashiro and Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. He is a nerd study at Miyamoto High School and stands up to Flash Thompson, Flash makes a cruel joke about his death parents which makes Tatsuya angry, and beats him up before stopping himself. When he is gazing at the stars suddenly he sees a UFO land on a mountain, he is shocked and decides to check the UFO Crash on Planet Earth which shocked him.

He sees a warrior known as Garia, the Spider Warrior from Spider Planet who lost his home and decided to hunt the Iron Cross army. Garia wants Tatsuya to fight the Iron Cross Army but he is worried and concerned, Garia tells him about a famous line from Uncle Ben and injects him with his blood before Tatsuya sees Garia turn into dust. Tatsuya found Bracelet inside the UFO and decided to use his power for good to fight the Iron Cross Army and their leader.

He learns there is another hero named SHY, and finds out she is depressed after she fails to save a female student and the public hates her, he meets Teru to cheer her up and encourage her before sees the building burning and sees Teru become SHY. Until Iron Cross's monster attacks civilians and Tatsuya says his Henshin line before becoming Spider-Man to fight the Iron Cross Army while helping Teru as another Japanese hero and teaching her to become a hero.
