As Desmond continued patrolling New York, Meanwhile At Carter Industries shows Fisk and Ethan talking about their future projects along with upcoming events that will be held in the next coming weeks.

As Ethan was discussing those plans, Fisk was thinking about everything that has happened over the last few weeks. He was very confident about his fight against Tombstone and he did heard about the news that Spider Man broke into Lincoln Tower and threatened Lincoln however Desmond didn't have any evidence to prove L Thompson Lincoln was Tombstone so The Police tried to arrest him but failed when he escaped.

Ethan: So Everything is set for the next coming weeks.

Fisk: That's right Mr. Carter.

Ethan: I bet Jameson is having a field day after what happened in Lincoln Tower.

Fisk: Yes I heard about the news at Lincoln Tower.

Ethan: Yeah, Your right about that. As much I support Spider Man, I'm shocked by what he did today.

Fisk looked at Ethan as he continued looking at his plans until Ethan had a phone call as he was talking to someone until Fisk heard Wesley talking to him.

Wesley: Someone wants to meet you at your penthouse.

Fisk looked at Ethan as he disconnected the call until he spoke to him.

Fisk: I'll have to go now Ethan, I will talk to you tomorrow.

Ethan: Oh it's no problem at all.

Fisk walked away along with Wesley as Ethan got his briefcase and began making his way towards the elevator as the elevator was moving down towards the ground floor as he exited the elevator. Ethan was gonna walk towards his car until he heard another car moving towards him as the window was opened as he saw who it was.

Unknown: Hey There Ethan.

Ethan: Ummm Hi.

Unknown: I heard so much about you.

Ethan: Wait Who are you?

Unknown: My Name is Magnus Erikson, I'm the CEO of Erikson Corporations.

Ethan: Oh I remember you very well, I heard you recently brought a company.

Magnus: Yes, I brought Oscorp six days ago.

Ethan: Wait What?

Magnus: Yes i know Oscorp has a bad history after what Norman Osborn has done however I'm just changing the name and everything else.

Ethan: Are you gonna keep some of their tech?

Magnus: Well some but tech that doesn't endanger anyone.

Ethan was staring at Magnus until he said something to him.

Magnus: I was hoping we can form a partnership over this.

Ethan: Wait Really?

Magnus: Yes, After all we are making New York a better place.

Ethan: Hmmmm You are right. I guess another partner won't be that bad.

Magnus: That's good to hear. We can talk in your office if your not busy of course.

Ethan: Oh I'm not busy actually. We can head to the office right now.

Magnus: Alright then.

Meanwhile Desmond was walking through the streets as he was upset about everything that has happened. He continued walking past a basketball court as his Spider Sense alerted him of a danger as he grabbed the basketball.

Desmond looked at the basketball until he heard someone calling his name as Ketch saw who it was.

Desmond: Tay?

Tay: Desmond! What's up?

Desmond looked at them as he threw the ball as Anna grabbed it as Both Anna and Tay noticed he was in a bad mood as they spoke to him.

Tay: What's the matter?

Desmond: Nothing.

Anna: You know if anything is bothering you, You can talk to us.

Desmond ignored what they said as he continued walking until Tay ran towards him and stopped him as he looked at her.

Desmond: *Sighs* Tay I'm really tired right now, I just want to go back home.

Tay: Desmond. . . . I feel bad for you.

Desmond was confused by what she said as she continued talking to him.

Tay: You always seem to be alone a lot of times. Your always sad or upset over something, Its just this world has been so unfair to you for some reason.

Desmond looked down on the ground as Tay was holding his shoulder as he looked at her.

Tay: But Don't think your alone Desmond, You have Me and Anna as your friends and Friends always support each other.

Anna smiled at what Tay said as Desmond was silent as She continued talking to him.

Tay: Now Smile Desmond and Of course remember You are special.

When she said that, He immediately remembered Gionna's words two years ago. He always remembered Gionna and everything they have been through.

Tay: Wanna Play Basketball?

Desmond: Fine.

Tay smiled at him as she grabbed Desmond's hand and dragged him to the basketball court as Anna, Ketch and Tay were playing Basketball as the rest of the day went peacefully for them.

Meanwhile Gionna and her friends were at Eddie's Pizzeria eating Pizza as they were ready to leave the Pizzeria until Dori said something to the group.

Dori: You know guys I got us all tickets to a concert which is happening after one hour.

Michelle: That's awesome.

Cassie: Can I know who's performing?

Dori: It's Skillet!

Chris: Oh Hell yeah this is gonna be awesome.

Priscilla: Your right about that.

Jessica: Excited Liv?

Gionna: Hell yeah!

Lexi: Then we have to go quickly. We don't want to be late.

Thea: Yeah Let's go fast!

The Group immediately exited the pizzeria as Gionna texted Ethan but Ethan texted her back saying that he's busy as she was irritated as she closed her phone and head inside the car as the others looked at her.

Cassie: Let me guess, Ethan is busy.

Jessica: That Dirtbag is starting to annoy me now.

Lexi: No Kidding.

Gionna: Come on Guys. Let's just head to the concert.

The Group looked at each other as they sighed to themselves before they drove towards the concert as they managed to get through the crowd as the show already began as the crowd was screaming in excitement by the first song.

The Crowd was again screaming in excitement as the group were singing through the lyrics of the song as the rest of the concert was going well for them and they had a great time too.

Meanwhile In Fisk's Penthouse, Fisk walked out of the elevator as he noticed some of his guards are unconscious as he opened the door and saw someone sitting on the couch as he saw who it was.

Anne: Hello Kingpin!

Fisk was staring at her as Fancy Dan, Ox and Montana were standing behind her as Anne was drinking some Pepsi as she threw the glass and smiled at him.

Anne: You know I was bored so I decided to beat up some of your guards. Hope you don't mind.

Fisk: What do you want?

Anne: Oh Its simple. *Has a sinister smile on her face* Step down from your throne and give all the power to me.

Fisk: And What if I don't?

Anne: I'll kill you.

Montana: Better listen now, Our Boss is capable of ripping anyone apart.

Dan: Unless you don't want to die, I suggest you surrender.

Ox: Or if your stupid, You can get killed by us.

Fisk: Your tricks don't scare me Anne.

Anne: Funny. . . . . It's simple Fisk, Just surrender and make me the Kingpin Of Crime.

Fisk: Do you really think you have the guts to scare me? I think you should look at yourself Winters, Your not scary or intimidating.

Anne: You-

Fisk: Weren't you the head scientist at Stark Industries? Tell me, Why did Tony Stark fire you?

Anne: If you dare speak again, I will-

Fisk: Oh I know why he fired you. Your a maniac and you couldn't be stopped so Stark had to stop you from creating more damage.

Anne was angry as Fisk had a smirk on his face until the AI Tentacles began moving around as Fisk was looking at it.

Anne: You Bastard! I'm giving you an offer and You insult me?!?!

Fisk: You should have known by now. The Kingpin always holds the trump card.

Anne gave a sinister stare to Fisk as he was staring at her before she ordered the enforcers to leave the penthouse as Anne gave a warning to Fisk.

Anne: You just made the worst mistake of your life.

Fisk had a smirk on his face as Anne had a death glare as she left the penthouse as Wesley looked at Fisk.

Wesley: Now We have another enemy.

Fisk: Believe me, It's fun when you make enemies.
