Twenty minutes before the fight, Montana was with Ox and Fancy Dan in the safe house as they saw Anne working on plans to steal Diox 3 from Tombstone. She noted down multiple warehouses where he keeps the drug. Anne continued working on the plan until she spoke to Montana.

Anne: Montana, There's something I need you to do.

Montana: What is it Boss?

Anne: The Arachnid is interfering with everyone's plans and I don't want him to interfere in our plan.

Montana: Don't worry Boss, I'll handle him.

Anne: *Smiles* Excellent, Meanwhile Ox and Fancy Dan will takeover one of Tombstone's warehouses. We need to expand our empire.

Montana: Alright Boss, Consider the job done. After all I will never back down from a job.

Anne had a huge smile on her face as She told Dan and Ox to attack the warehouse as they nodded and left the safe house. Meanwhile Montana used the condemned theater to get Desmond's attention so that he can ambush him.

Meanwhile Back in Erikson Corporation shows Magnus talking to some business partners about the future of the company as his manager spoke to him.

Manager: Have you heard about what happened last night?

Magnus: Yes, The Green Goblin returns to create terror again.

Manager: Hearing that news caused me to not sleep well.

Magnus: I understand why, He is fear after all.

Manager: That's not all sir, He attacked some of our employees last night.

Magnus: What?

Manager: Police and Roxxon are investigating the matter right now.

Suddenly Magnus saw his business partner standing in front of him. His name is Dave Crawford, He is jealous of Magnus and even has a hatred on him.

Dave gave a death glare of Magnus as he smiled at him and walked towards him as he spoke to him.

He was gonna shake his hand but Dave refuse to shake his hand as Magnus chuckled and put his hand down as he spoke to him.

Magnus: What's the matter Dave?

Dave: I just wanna know why your using Oscorp tech?

Magnus: *Smiles* I'm using tech which is not dangerous to the public.

Dave: I know exactly what your doing with that tech.

Magnus: What do you think?

Dave: I will reveal your secrets Magnus.

Magnus: You know Jealousy is bad.

Dave gave a death glare to him as he pushed past Magnus and walked away as he had a smile on his face and spoke to the manager.

Magnus: By the way, Is Ethan coming to the meeting?

Manager: Yes Sir.

Magnus: Good.

Meanwhile Montana shot a vibrational blast force as Desmond dodged the attacks as he threw multiple chairs at Montana but he destroyed it.

Montana shot multiple vibrational blast force at Desmond as he continued dodging the attacks.

Desmond threw a concrete debris at Shocker as he was stunned until the spider hit a double foot stomp on him as Montana was on the ground.

Montana tried to attack Desmond but he jumped over him as he hit another move on Shocker.

Desmond: Now That's gonna hurt.

Montana: Bullseye.

Desmond was holding his head as his spider senses alerted him of a danger as he quickly dodged the attack as Montana spoke to him.

Montana: I do admire your resilience bug, Not that I'm gonna let you go. That will be bad for business.

Desmond: I guess your boss and buddies are to scared to face me so she sent you to take me down.

Montana: I'm just doing my job kiddo. You know a man's a man if he honors his responsibilities and you are one of mine.

He shot another vibrational blast force at Desmond as he dodged the attack and tried to attack him until he used the suit to shake the spider off as he fell down until Desmond surprised Montana with a leg sweep.

Desmond shot multiple webs at Montana as he quickly broke free and shot multiple blast forces at Desmond as he quickly dodged the attacks and tried to drop a chandelier at Montana but he destroyed it.

Desmond: There's no way I can beat him.

Montana shot a vibrational blast force at Desmond as he dodged the attack as the blast force hit a unstable pillar as Desmond looked at it until he had an idea. The Spider dropped a curtain at Montana but he destroyed it as he taunted Desmond.

Montana: You know it really ain't wise to make a dangerous man look foolish.

Desmond: You don't need my help in that. Looked in the mirror lately?

Montana was angry as he shot two blast forces at Desmond as he dodged the attack as it was destroying the pillars.

Montana shot more vibrational blast forces at Desmond as he continued dodging the attacks as the blast force was destroying the pillars.

Desmond: Your aim sucks buddy.

Montana: Shut up!

Shocker continued firing more attacks at Desmond as he dodged the attack which destroyed the pillar as he shot a web line and continued swinging as Shocker continued firing multiple blast force as Desmond dodged the attack and the force was destroying the pillars.

Desmond: Dude, Your starting to embarrass yourself. It's better to hide behind your boss back because you can't even hit me.

Montana: Don't you mock me Boy!

Desmond hit behind a pillar as Montana shot a blast force at it as he dodged it.

Desmond: What can I say? I'm a mocker *Shoots Two weblines at two pillars* Also A Puller, A Tugger and Yanker

Desmond destroyed the last two pillars as the entire theater was began to collapse as Montana was shocked. More concrete debris began to fall down as Shocker tried to run but the debris was blocking his path.

Shocker looked above him as multiple concrete debris fell on him as he used the suit to shield himself but more debris fell on him as the suit malfunctioned and he was stuck in the rumble.

The entire theater was destroyed as Desmond was on the stage as he said something to himself.

Desmond: And That's what they call, Bringing down the house.

He jumped on the rumble as he was looking for Montana but noticed he was gone as he was shocked and confused.

Desmond: Where did he go?

Unknown to Desmond, Montana managed to escape as he looked at the spider as he was angry at him but he decided to retreat for now.

Meanwhile Gionna was at her room looking through some old pictures as she saw a picture of her and Desmond in a cafe as she couldn't help but smile at it but her smile faded away after what happened two years ago.

Gionna put her phone down as she was looking at her diary until she had a thought.

Meanwhile Desmond was at the hospital as he visited Rosie and went to pay the medical bills as he spoke to a doctor.

Doctor: Desmond, How are you?

Desmond: I'm fine. How is Rosie?

Doctor: She's doing alright but she still hasn't woken up from her coma.

Desmond felt sad hearing what he heard as he still feels guilty for not saving her two years ago.

The Doctor noticed Desmond was sad as he put his hand on his shoulder and spoke to him.

Doctor: Be strong for her. She will wake up soon.

Desmond nodded as he walked away as the doctor went to his office. Desmond was walking through the streets as he received a message from Tay but unknown to him, Someone was watching him.

The Cloaked Man smiled at Desmond as he continued watching him until he went to a alleyway and jumped on the rooftop as he left the scene.
