"Where are we going Kai?" He dragged Haeri somewhere with the blindfolded.

"Shh, just follow me."

"You won't leave me right?" Kai smiled secretly. "Of course sweetheart."

"Shut up."

"Okay, here we are. I'll open the blindfold." He slowly opened it and Haeri tried to adjust the sight.

"Surprise!!!"

She was shocked that all of her friends and colleagues or whatever they call came to celebrate her birthday. Except for one. Her mother, Flora.

"Happy birthday Haeri." Mr.Kim said and gave Haeri and present. He's the second family that Haeri trust beside her mother. He's the head of MI6 department. He's the boss. "Thanks Mr.Kim."

"Dad, you spoil her much." Kai said.

"Jongin. She's just like my child." He rolled his eyes and wrapped his arm around her shoulder. "I'm kind a two years older them you." he winked at her. She rolled her eyes. "So?"

"You have to call me oppa." She snorted. "No way Kim Jongin."

"Yah!! Song Haeri." She stuck out her tongue and both of them chasing each other. Mr.Kim shook his head. "Kids nowadays."

"Gotcha!!" Kai was on top of Haeri and interlocked her with his arms. "It's tickle Kai."

"Where? Here?" he tickled her waist. "Yah, Kai!! She need to blow the candle." Baekhyun said while fixing his glasses. Kai stopped tickling her and lifted her up in bridal style. "You should thanked me today." he winked at her. He dropped her slowly and Haeri blow the candle. "Happy 18th birthday." Kai kissed her temple.

Well, they are not couple but very close to each other. So skinship for them is just normal things since they grow up together and trained. Kim Jongin, the great detective while Haeri is soon to be a spy inspired by her mother. "Kai, where's mom?" Kai looked around and shrugged his shoulder.

Then suddenly a ring came. It's from Mr.Kim desk since they celebrate in Jeongsu's Mansion, Mr.Kim. "Hello? What? Oh my god. Okay, we'll be there." Mr.Kim face was in worried and anxious. "I need to go to the hospital. Haeri and Jongin, come with me."

"What happened dad?" Kai asked.

"You'll see and the rest of you. Back to work."

"Yes Sir!!"

Three of them came to the hospital. They went to the private room. A body that has been close by cloths. "Who's that Mr.Kim?" Haeri asked. A doctor came and give the evidence of the victim.

"We need to confirm that this is one of your people." Doctor said to Mr.Kim. Mr.Kim slowly went to the body and opened to see the face. Haeri was in shocked. "M-mother." Her mother lying on the bed with her pale face. "We're sorry. We found her body full of blood on her stomach and her body was inside the river." Mr.Kim clenched his fist. "Make sure this won't be spread on the media."

"Yes Sir. We will handle it." The doctor said. "Kai, you'll be handling with the doctor."

"Yes, dad." Kai looked at Haeri who is still standing there like a statue. "I'll take care of her." Mr.Kim convinced his son. Kai nodded and went out. "Haeri."

"That's not mother right?" He sighed heavily. "I'm sorry." Haeri broke and fell on the floor. She sobbed hardly. "Why!? Why everyone leaving me here!?" she cried. Her real parents died into an accident 12 years ago and Flora Song, her adopted mother took care of her. She cried hardly and Mr.Kim hugged her. She cried on his shoulder.

One Year Later

"Haeri-ah." a knocked came from her bedroom. She keep in silent. She wasn't sleep and she eyes are swollen. She's been in depression since her mother died. She feel that the person she loves had gone.

Then the door opened by force."Haeri." Kai looked at her. Her pale skin with skinny body that looked like lifeless. Kai hugged her tightly. "Stupid, it hurts me a lot."

Haeri didn't speak. She's kept her mouth shut. She barely speak. Kyungsoo came with his tools. He's the one who break the door since hrs expert to do it. "We're going to grab some lunch." he tapped on Kai's shoulder. Kai nodded and Kyungsoo left them. "Come on. We're going to eat."

"But I-"

"Fuck it Haeri!! Be yourself!! Wake up and fucking face it Song Haeri!!" Haeri looked at him in shocked and she cried again. Kai sighed hardly and hugged her tightly. "Fuck you Kai." she said in low tone. "I know." he stroke her hair. She hugged him tightly. She stopped crying and looked at Kai. "Will you leave me too?" Kai smiled at cupped her cheek. "Never." She smiled and slowly stood up with the helped of Kai. "Let's go and grab lunch." Kai smiled at her and kissed her forehead. "Can I tickle you?" She smacked his arm and both of them went to grabbed their lunch.
