P.O.V: Erza

After being stopped by a person who was vomiting outside of Magnolia, I kept running to Lucy's house. I delayed about five minutes to get her home.

Lucy will be here, I know

*Tock-Tock* I knocked the door.

"..." No response.

I didn't think twice and I shoot down the door, but instead I felt like something shoot down me.

I looked into the room and all of Lucy's stuff were gone.

It was just an empty room.

She left?

I felt a lump in my throat, sensations in my stomach that I had never experienced before.

Lucy left.

My breathing stirred. It seemed that my weight multiplied and I fell defeated on my knees.

That's when I realized that wearing armor didn't stop my heart from being attacked. Attacked by Lucy.. or rather, by the absence of Lucy.

I covered my face with my hands in the attempt to stop my tears. But I couldn't stand it and I let out a gasp full of suffering and pain.

"Lu-Lucy.." I stuttered between gasps.

I couldn't breathe, all I did was gasp and I couldn't stop it. My eye was full of tears that came to my mouth making me feel a salty taste.

I lay down on the floor carrying my knees to my chest, circling them with my arms. I tried to calm myself, to breathe properly, to get out of the panic I was in.

Lucy left me.

After crying and getting myself together, I went to the guild to try clear a little my mind from Lucy.

Now I'm wearing a patch in my right eye.

I have to go to Porlyusica and ask her if she could "fix" my eye

I was sitting in the bar waiting for Mira to serve me my strawberry cake when a bluehaired girl sits next to me waiting for me to look at her, but I didn't.

"Hi Erza." She greeted me cheerfully.

"Hey Levy." I said a little serious.

"How's it going?"

"Mmh.. Actually, I don't know." I sighed.

"It's about Lucy right?" She suddenly said.

I turned to see her in surprise.

"What?" I asked to Levy.

"I know you have a thing for her.. I noticed." Levy tells me.

"What is that supposed to mean?"

"You know.. that you have a crush on her.. you like her right?"

"Levy stop, why are you saying all this?" I ask confused.

"Because I've seen how you look at her or how you react when Natsu is close to Lucy, it's pretty obvious.. I don't know how Lucy hasn't noticed."

I have feelings for Lucy.. in a loving way?

"I-I don't know what to say.." I said looking away with a little embarrased.

"Don't worry, your secret is safe with me." She said touching my shoulder.

"I-o-okay.. I think.." I frowned still confused.

"Take Erza, your cake." Mira smiled putting the plate in front of me.

"Thanks Mira." I took a piece of my strawberry cake with a fork.

"By the way, what's that key? looks like Lucy's" She says, pointing the celestial key I hung on my neck for not lose it.

"Oh!" I tilt my head down to look at the key. "I completely forgot, I wanted to ask you about this key, we won it in the last mission we went with Lucy, fighting some Swirds."

"Wait a minute.. Lucy was near a Swird?!"

"Yeah.. she fought against them." I said with a mocking tone.

"That's not possible."

"Levy.. it's true, what's wrong?"

"She is a celestial magician!"

I laughed at the weird behavior of Levy.

"Yes I know that Levy."

"Erza, the Swirds are dark monsters. The celestial magicians even if comes close to one, they will faint by the dark influence. They are opposite! How could Lucy fight them?!"

"I knew it! Lucy didn't faint because she was weak." I said proudly.

"Erza! Why aren't you worried?!" Levy shouted.

"Levy, relax. Nothing happened to Lucy's magic, when she fainted Natsu saved her, a Swird reached to bite her leg but I don't think that takes to long to heal itself."

Levy widen her eyes in surprise.

"Oh.. well, It's a little worrying the thing about her wound but since Lucy's magic didn't react like a common celestial magician would and she was able to fight.. I really don't know how it could affect a Swird's injury to Lucy. I didn't expected that a celestial magician could survive to that.." She said still thinking.

"So Lucy could be in danger?" I said worried.

"I.. I don't know anymore."

Shit, that's bad

I look to the ground and the key intercepted my way.

"Levy! the key!"

"What about the key?"

"Tell me about this key." I said, giving the key to her.

Levy took it and started to look the celestial key.

"Who gave me the reward told me that it would belong to the first celestial magician to approach this key, so Lucy should be the master since at the beginning of the mission the first thing we did was go to the house where this key was." I added to give her more information.

"Oh- Actually I had never seen any similar, I would have to investigate in order to answer you."

"Okay no problem." I said.

Levy stood up from her chair and made her way to the guild's library.

I finished eating my cake and left the guild to go where Porlyusica.

"What do you want kid?" The old lady tells me.

"My eye.. I don't know if you remember that you healed it once when I was little." I said looking down.

"No." Porlyusica said coldly.

"Well.. I wanted to ask if you could do it again."

"If you leave when I'll finish, okay"

"Thanks."

I entered the house so that Porlyusica could work and in a few hours she ended.

I have my eye again, an eye that doesn't cry.

I made my way back to the guild to see if Levy had investigated anything.

In a few minutes after walking I reached the guild, I opened the door and went to the library.

"Levy are you here?"

"Erza! Hi, I'm here."

I walked to where the voice came from.

"Did you have any success looking?" I asked hopefully.

"Yeah.." Levy sighed "The master of this key is Lucy right?"

"Yes, I think so."

"But you are the owner."

"I don't understand." I looked to her confused.

"This key can have both, since the previous owner gave it directly to you and not to Lucy, you are the owner now, while Lucy is the master."

"The old owner gave you his key because the master probably died, and I deduce that the master was his couple..."

"Why do you deduce that?"

"Because thanks to the connection of this key, the master usually begins to feel attraction towards the key.. but also towards the owner." Levy said uncomfortably.

I felt my face turn almost as red as my hair when I heard what Levy just said.

"Does that mean that.." I gulped before continue "..Lucy will be feel attracted to me?"

"Perhaps, I don't know very well what will happen since she is far from you. But I suppose it'll help to find her, since both Lucy and the key would react at being close. The key may shine while that Lucy could feel bad for the distortion in her magic."

Feel bad?

"Could Lucy vomit because of the react?" I asked with fear at the response.

"Mhmm, yes.. I suppose it's one of the options."

"How could I be so stupid." I murmured.

"Why do you say that Erza?"

"It was Lucy! I meeted with Lucy outside the city! and I didn't even recognize her!" I yelled feeling desperate of my clumsiness.

"Calm down Erza."

I took a slow breath to relax me.

"Sh-She was wearing a cloak with a hood hiding her face... the cloak was black."

"Okay.. good, now we know how she looks so we can found her."

"Y-Yeah.. I suppose that a good thing." I said still thinking about how stupid I was.

"I'll go to my home now Levy.. thanks for the help." I said leaving the room.

But before I left, Levy talk to me again.

"Hey Erza!"

"Yeah?"

"Catch!"

I turned around and Levy threw the key at me. Instinctively I caught it with one hand.

"Nice reflexes." Levy said.

"I know." I giggled.

I was in my room of Fairy Hills sitting on my bed with my knees near my chest staring the celestial key.

"So this will do that Lucy will felt attracted to me.." I murmured thinking.

"But attracted in which way?"

I blushed at the thoughts that came into my mind.

Sexual?

"No.. that can't be possible, Lucy will never feel something like that towards me."  I said with disappoint.

I sighed.

I hung it again on my neck and stretched out on my bed.

I start closing my eyes to fall asleep.. still thinking in the blonde magician.

Lucy..
