After school,
UA High School,
Hallway,
Late afternoon...

Third Person's POV

Shota eventually managed to corner Izuku in the end of the hallway. Most students had returned home so both of them were completely alone right now.

"Midoriya-san, for the third time, please... Give my sleeping bag back...." The tired man demanded huskily, his face darkened with irritation. Izuku hugged the yellow sleeping bag tighter, her cheeks puffing adorably in protest.

"Apologize first and I will return your precious sleeping bag to you, Aizawa-san." Izuku ordered seriously, still feeling angry with his jokes and teasing just now.

"Now, now. I didn't do that needed me to apologize to you... So nope. Give my sleeping bag—"

"Nuh-uh."

Izuku still didn't want to give up. She stepped back farther until her back hit the wall behind her. She internally panicked, realizing that she couldn't escape from the Erasure Hero anymore. She looked at the wall and shifted her gaze back to her co-worker, a sweat trickled down the side of her face.

"You are quite stubborn for a grown-up. Are you a mischievous student when you were young, Midoriya-san?" Shota walked closer toward the Nurse Hero, placing his arms against the wall — above her head — before leaning closer to her face.

Izuku's face gradually heated up upon seeing how close she was with her idol hero — her celebrity crush. Steam fume out of her ear while her eyes widened in embarrassment. The black-haired man stared at her red face confusedly.

'Did she have fever... In such short time...?' He thought logically. Without thinking twice, he placed his palm against her burning forehead. "Your temperature is high. Are you okay?" He asked, concern filling his voice.

That was Izuku's last straw.

The greenette exploded out of embarrassment at last. The sleeping bag fell off from her hold, sliding down to the ground. Her body swung back and forth after losing composure. She suddenly fell forward, but luckily, Shota was there to catch her, in the perfect timing.

"Woah— Midoriya-san...?" The male called the female out cluelessly, but no answer. '.... She passed out.' He couldn't believe what just happened to her. Now, he has to take care of the unconscious young lady in his arms.

Sighing, Shota scooted her body in his arms, carrying her princess style. He studied her freckles-covered feature silently, black eyes inspecting carefully. 'She is cute.' He thought frankly, neither embarrassed nor flustered. He was a very chill man, who loved to lie to his students so they would suffer—

"Let's get you to that old woman..." He murmured to himself, and proceeded to carry Izuku to the school infirmary.

Several minutes later,
In the neighborhood they lived in,
Evening...

Aizawa's POV

"You can return home first. Don't worry, I will take care of Midoriya. There is something I need to tell her to so she may return home a little late."

That old woman told me to go home first, so I left Midoriya-san in the infirmary with her, at school. I almost reached my house which was next to Midoriya-san's.

My track came to a halt when I saw a green-headed woman standing in front of Midoriya-san's house. I tilted my head, wondering who she was.

Don't tell me... Midoriya-san's relative?

Deciding to approach that woman, I walked toward her. She seemed to notice my presence so she turned to look at me. I could finally see her face. She looked like Midoriya-san, but a much older version.

....her mother?

"Um, excuse me. Is this house here belong to Izuku Midoriya?" The woman asked curiously. I nodded my head in silence. "Have you seen her anywhere? I have been waiting for her for a while now..." She started fidgeting slightly.

I heaved a deep sigh and replied to her, "Midoriya-san is still at school. She still had some works to do." I told her. She gasped in shock. "I-I see.... Here I thought she was already home..." She looked a little sad, and now I felt bad.

"... If you don't mind, you can stay in my house while waiting for your daughter." Oddly, I invited her into my house. The woman seemed happy with my invitation. "Really? Thank you!" She bowed down to me in happiness.

The two of us walked into my house silently. She sat down on the couch before I brought a tray with two cups containing green tea. "Here is the tea." I put down a cup in front of her.
"Thanks for the drink. You are a very well-mannered man." She praised me sincerely which caused me to look down on the floor. "Could it be, you are a hero working at U.A. too? Because just now you said Izuku still had work to do at school." She tilted her head slightly.

"Yes, I work at U.A. too." I answered, rubbing the back of my head nervously. Why am I nervous?

"Ah, now I remember! You are Erasure Hero : Eraser Head, my daughter's favourite hero! How come I didn't notice soon?" She chuckled heartily. I shook my head in defeat.

"Oh yeah, I haven't introduced myself yet, right? My name is Inko Midoriya. Call me Inko. Nice to meet you, Eraser Head." She smiled softly at me. "...you can call me Aizawa." I unenthusiastically replied. How long can I keep up with this?

Inko-san looked around my house curiously. I just watched her in silence, while my mind kept thinking of Midoriya-san.

I wonder why she passed out. From her temperature, it looks like she has fever...

"Can I ask something, Aizawa-san? It's about my daughter." Inko-san's voice snapped me back into reality. I nodded my head.

"How is my daughter doing with her work? Lately, she has been busy so I could never find the right time to ask her... But since you are here, I will take the liberty to know her development." She smiled kindly at me, the kind of smile that only a mother had.

"She is doing good. She is very efficient when it comes to her job, but she is a bit clumsy. That is all I can say." I didn't say much, and kept glancing at my watch. Inko-san seemed happy to hear the news.

"I see... That is good. I was worried over nothing." She patted her chest in relief. I stared at her gave confusedly.

As a parent, she should know the risk her daughter will face once she become a hero... Yet she is always worried about her.

"Why are you so worried about Midoriya-san? She is pretty strong. She can protect herself." I stated without thinkinhg twice. Inko-san looked up to me in disbelief.

"Well, that... Honestly, I didn't really like the idea of her becoming a hero... But because I wanted her to be happy, I allowed her to be one. " She looked away from me with sad expression on her face.

"When she was young, she had a very fragile body. She couldn't even walk by herself. But, miracle happened one day. She became very healthy and because of that, she decided to be a doctor and a hero at the same time. With her Quirk, I knew it wasn't impossible."

"Hearing she is doing well with her work convinced me that she is happy now. Thank you for telling me, Aizawa-san. You are a really kind man. No wonder my daughter idolozed you." She chuckled heartily. I tugged a small smile for her.

Midoriya-san, you have such a caring mother. Now I know where you get all of your amazing traits.
