League of Villains' lair,
Nighttime...

Izuku's POV

Tenko's breath hit my neck, sending shivers down to my spines. His fingers repeatedly rubbed my inner thighs, getting closer and closer to my part. I arched my back in unwanted pleasure. "I'm not going easy on you, baby..." Him, who was still dressed , gradually discarded his black top. When he was about to take off his pants, the door was knocked.

"Shigaraki, I believe your personal time is up. Your underlings are waiting for you downstairs. Please show yourself at once." Kurogiri spoke up from outside the bedroom. I heaved out a sigh of relief while Tenko groaned on annoyance.

"What a cockblock."

Tenko whined, clothing himself back with his normal attire. He eyed me from up and down, making me blushed in embarrassment. I looked away from my ex-boyfriend.

Tenko buttoned up my top back which surprised me. He then picked up my skirt that he tossed earlier and put it on me again. I stared at him in full confusion. "I don't want anyone else see you in such state. I will continue again later..." He closed the gaps between our faces and planted a soft kiss on my forehead. I was taken aback by his gentle treatment.

"See you later, Izu."

With that, Tenko left me locked in his bedroom. I huffed in exhaustion. Thank God he didn't manage to take me against my will.... God heard my prayer.

My mind then drifted to how kind he treated me. I shook off my head, denying the theory popping up. I knew he acted that way just because he was in good mood. But when he was ticked off, he would go crazy and did something unimaginable. He was always like that. The endless loop continued until I had it enough. This is one of the main reasons I broke up with him...

But now, I needed to focus on saving myself. Finding a way to get out of this place safely and then save Kacchan. I couldn't just sit still and waited for help to come. I must do something!

I seated up myself on the deluxe bed, searching the dusty dark bedroom. I inhaled a deep breath before making an attempt to jump off the bed. Unfortunately, my dense head forgot that my ankles were also cuffed so I tripped on my foot. I fell down onto the floor face-planted. A hiss slipped away from my mouth.

Good Izuku. What a smart move there.

I laid there still with my face planted to the floor for a few minutes, not knowing what to do. I did my best to move my body to a better , more comfortable position. Yet I made no progress. At this rate, I have to use Shouta's caterpillar movement—

Yeah, he moved like caterpillar if he was too lazy to get out of his precious yellow sleeping bag.

"Ugh...hmph..." I groaned in irritation since I couldn't do the caterpillar move. I wanted to roll my body so I would be in laying position that faced the ceiling. But oh my God, it wasn't that easy.

As I was lost in my thoughts finding a way to leave the room, the building suddenly vibrated. I instinctively screamed due to the surprise impact. "What the--"

When I came to it, the door was brutally kicked down by someone, revealing a man's figure. Edgeshot!

"Edgeshot!"

I called out to him in bewilderment and relief. Edgeshot directed his gaze to me and immediately rushed to my side. "You alright?" He asked. I responded with a light nod. He severe the chains of the cuffs finally freeing me from the restraints.

"Thank you."

"You are welcome. If you can fight, mind lending us a hand?"

"I am doing perfectly alright so I will help you!"

I opened a step to follow Edgeshot out of this room. Much to my dismay, I tripped on my foot again the moment dizziness struck me. "Kiseki!" Edgeshot yelled my hero name. I weakly looked up at him, vision growing blur.

Dang it, don't tell me...!!

I forgot about the side effect of my Quirk!

I haven't inflicted the Pain I stored in my body onto other people so now the Pains is going to damage my body!

If only there is a small plant or tree nearby...!!

Extra note about her Quirk : When Izuku isn't able to Inflict  the rest of the Pains, -- left in her body -- into other people, she will Inflict the Pain into a tree or plants until she is out of them. So she won't suffer the damage of the Pains. She can't store the Pains in her body more than 48 hours.

"Kiseki—"

Blood left my mouth after I coughed violently. Edgeshot stared at me in horror. ".....Edge..."

The last thing I saw was pitch black darkness surrounding myself...

Hospital,
Morning...

Third Person's POV

Shouta opened the door to Izuku's ward room slowly. Her lover was finally rescued safe and sound. She passed out during the fierce battle because of the side effect of her Quirk and was hospitalised yesterday.

Even Katsuki was successfully rescued by the heroes. But the heroes had to sacrifice everything they had to save them and to defeat the villains. The severely wounded heroes, the destruction of the Kamino Ward... But the worst thing was...

The loss of a Symbol of Peace.

The society had grown anxious with the absence of the Symbol. But not Shouta. For now, the only thing in his mind was his dearest girlfriend.

Shouta was shocked to find the young woman sitting herself up on the bed,looking outside the window. Noticing his presence, Izuku turned to him. A soft smile of happiness decorated her freckled-face.

"...Shouta..."

Izuku was moved to tears upon seeing the figure of her boyfriend. The Erasure Hero quickly went to embrace the greenette. She widened her eyes in stupefaction. Nonetheless, she returned the embrace.

"Love, I missed you so much... I'm so sorry for failing to save you."

"Shh, it is fine now. I'm here by your side back, right? So don't blame yourself. It can't be helped , Shouta..."

Izuku shushed Shouta, preventing him from blaming himself. She brushed his lips with her slender fingers gently. He cupped her milky white cheeks, narrowing the gap between their faces. Their lips passionately connected together.

Shouta then moved down to her neck. Izuku began panting heavily. The atmosphere in the room tensed up once the black-haired man started acting more dominant.

Her eyes widened all of a sudden. Izuku didn't remember that her skin was literally covered with Shigaraki's bitemarks. She forgot to tell her boyfriend.

"Shouta--"

Shouta's track came to a halt when he saw the bitemarks littering on her neck and collarbone. Negative thoughts swirled in his mind. Now he knew why Shigaraki kidnapped her..

"...did... Shigaraki do this to you...?"

Shouta spoke up huskily. His question made Izuku felt like crying profusely. She sobbed, hanging her head low. She nodded her head a yes. Shouta stared at her devastated state.

"S-Shouta, I'm so sorry, dear. I-I never meant to give in myself... I was at disadvantages back then... Please...forgive me..."

"...Kitten...this isn't your fault. No matter what happen to you, I won't hate you,Izu..."

Shouta moved up to her ear and bite her earlobe. Izuku let out a soft moan.

"I won't be mad at you, baby..."

"Because I'm going to make you mine tonight."
