Nagisa’s POV:
(alarm clock rings). I still really hated the alarm clock rang. I turned it off and got up, I turned to see him sleeping soundly, he looked adorable when he was like that, I kissed his forehead and I ran off downstair to cook breakfast. Right I was about to, Ben was already there, cooking breakfast for us. “Oh, hey, good morning!”, he said without looking at me, even if I walked quietly. “H-hey. What are you doing?”, I asked, as I got flinched when he could sense me. “Making breakfast and lunch for us.”, he replied with his signature smirk. “And besides, I want to know more about the skills that you learned.”, he said again. “S-sure. But did Professor Karasuma tell you much about our class and our homeroom teacher, Professor Koro?”, “No, but I did know about your teacher. Oh, I’m going to make a surprise for you class. Watch and learn!”, he said which got me confused. “Watch and learn? What does he mean by that?”, I thought to myself, I didn’t notice Karma came downstairs. “Oh, good morning, Karma, how’s your ‘night’?”, he asked. Wait, did Ben watch us doing it the whole time? “Ehhh! It was fine, I guess. How’s yours?”, he asked. “Uh… Not really, I could hear noises in your home.”, he stuck his tongue out. “W-we’re so sorry.”, I quickly apologized but Ben was a nice person, he forgave us and we went outside, got in Karma’s car and drove to school.
K.A: So, Ben? Have you ever driven before?
B: Yeah, I have. I have a BMW sportscar, a Rolls Royce.
K.A: Woah! And have the police caught you for going against the traffic’s law?
B: Nah! But I got pulled-over, for a selfie and stuff.
N: Really?
B: Yeah, but that doesn’t count. What about you?
K.A: Well, I have once being pulled-over for overspeed and gave me a speeding ticket for that.
B: That’s fine, at least for once. So is it far from your home?
N: Well, not that far.
B: Can you tell me about the school?
N: Sure! It’s a prestigious private school . It is renowned for being one of the top schools in all of Tokyo and has a high rate of successful students. The school itself is actually a gakuen, (園 lit. academy) as it also has a high school that the students of Classes A-D enroll to through an escalator system and students from other schools enter through a transfer student exam.
B: So which class are you from? Class A?
K.A: No, we’re from class E.
B: Wait, I thought it’s from A to D. Why is there an E, there as well?
K.A: You see, The school houses a unique system known as the "E System", created by Chairman Gakuhō Asano which is based on the 20:20:60 worker ant ratio. The system's ideal is that in which 95% students are working and the remaining 5% are lazy and in order to execute that, an extra class called "Class E" was created to serve as that 5%. As the lowest and "worst" class, this is used as a driving point for the 95% of students to strive academically so they don't end up as that 5%.
B: Woah, your school is harsh, unlike my school. It’s not really an academic, but we had successful students there as well, and we never have that kind of system like yours now. So where is your class? Same in the main building or what?
N: The campus is reminiscent to a small college campus. The main building itself also houses both Junior High - High School . But our class is not there, but it’s located on a mountain about one kilometer away from the main building. The house has basic classroom and school accommodations like a small faculty lounge, desks, a blackboard, and a field. It is a former classroom for Chairman Asano where he teach as a Cram School Teacher before establishment of his own Academy.
B: So are you allowed to step inside the main campus?
N: No, unless when we have school occasions, and we had to go down the mountains to get there.
B: Ok. Oh, we’re here.
Ben’s POV:
We arrvied at a home-like school, it looked pretty old but it reminded me of freedom. Only when I found out that we saw the students holding guns aiming at a yellow octopus creature thingy, shooting him but he dodged every small bullets using his “Mach 20” speed. I was really surprised and HE COULD DO A ROLL CALL WHILE DODGING ALL THE BULLETS LIKE THAT? I shook my head and went inside. After a while, the creature motioned his tentacle to go inside. I hesitantly went inside, looked around at the class. I took a deep breath. “Students! This is our new student, Ben. He will be our student for the year. Ben. Why don’t you introduce yourself to the class.”, he requested. I smirked at him at nodded. Then I turned around to see the girls ‘fangirling’ me, I bet they recognised me. “Good morning! M-my name is Ben. I’m really happy to meet you for the first time. As a new student, I promise to study well and make friends with you. Please help and support me in the school year.”, I’d done my speech and I stopped before doing a surprise.
Karma’s POV:
Well, Ben sure was a polite person, unlike all celebrities, they just said their name, that’s all. Ben was about to go to his heat, then he stopped. He was about to do something, he took an anti-koro knife, and slashed at him, taking all 7 tentacles out in one move, then he threw them in front of us. I was surprised when he did this. No one had ever got all tentacles out in one swift move, I had taken one for one move. Then he grinned evilly, making bloodlust in front of us, then turned to him. “What’s wrong? Did I do a mistake, Professor Ko-ro?”, That professor was a total coward, when he saw Ben’s bloodlust eyes, filled with evilness, he flinched and swooshed away like a stray cat. Then, he went back anyway, “T’that was scary.”, “I’m sorry, Professor, I’ve got you scared.”, “It’s fine, as long as you kept your friends safe. Oh, and by the way, umm, there isn’t a free seat for you, so you could sit by my desk for today. “Thank you!”, then he put his stuff down, took out my books and listened to the lesson. I must say, from Ben’s point, the way he taught was not bad, he enjoyed the lessons and he kept up with the lessons, even though he was a nerd, unlike me, I maybe am a genius, but I looked at the window all the time, sometimes, I slept for a whole period
(bell rings) It was lunchtime. Ben brought our lunches and we sat by the sakura tree, we opened the box to see some rice, with vegetables and some leftover steak last night. We took a bite, and it was soooo goood. Me and Nagi ended up eating like how beggars eat. “Hey, slow down! You don’t want to get choked.”, Ben warned us. I then praised him how delicious the food was. “Oh, it’s no big deal, maybe I could make more for you, next time.”, Ben shyly answered. “Well, if you excuse me, I would like to make some friends.”, then he ran off. While we were eating lunch, I could see girls mobbing him, asking him so much questions, but he managed to get out from their girlpower. Until, Professor Bitch came to see Ben. “Oh, you must be the Ben Miller, right?”, she asked in her romantic voice. “Yes, and you are…”, “I’m professor Irina Jelavic, you can call me Irina as well. So…”, as she finished saying, she leaned her head to kiss him. We were her ‘victims’ because of her kissing technique. But Ben however, he slapped her face and slammed her down using his karate. “HEY, IS THIS HOW YOU GREET ME LIKE THIS?”, she yelled. “I-I’m sorry, I was surprised.”, after that all the males went and praised him, lifing and throwing him up and down. He quickly went back to us. “Well, that was harsh, that teacher is such a pervert.”, I then smirked at him: “Well, next time, call her Professor Bitch, since she really was like that.”, Karma advised to me which sounded a little bizzare. “Alright!”, I said back.
