Gray Pov

She stood in front of me, smiling. She lifted her hands, outstretched towards me as if inviting me to join her.

"Juvia?"

She nodded.

I hesitated. Juvia was dead so this must be a dream. Then maybe I shouldn't resist. I may be able to spend some time with her even if it may just be a dream.

I took her hand, she smiled wider and started to walk into the darkness. I didn't question it and kept walking.

It was so dark I didn't know whether my eyes were closed or open.

We walked until there was a small light up ahead. We walked into the light. I blinked and looked around. We were standing in the living room of her house.

I heard laughter. As we walked closer the scene felt familiar.

Then, I see the two of us, sitting on her couch laughing our heads off. I smiled I remember this. It is the first time she asked me out and when we reveal ourselves to the other. Up till this day I have no idea why Juvia had invited me over to her house. I stood beside dream Juvia, watching the memory of us.

"Gray, get your ass down here if you don't want to be late!" Meredy'd voice dragged me out of the dream.
I got up and got ready.

Ten minutes later I was down in the kitchen with Meredy and Wendy.

"Ohaiyo." I smiled and fretted the both of them.

"Ohaiyo!" The gtreeted back. I sat down beside Wendy and grabbed a piece of toast from the plate in the centre of the table.

"Meredy?" I asked between mouthfuls.

She looked up at me.

I thought for a moment.

"Never mind. Later." She raised an eyebrow but nodded.

"Wendy, how is yoir new school?" Meredy asked after a moment of silence.

Wendy seemed to beam as she replied "I love it so far. I don't feel left out anymore!" She exclaimed with a giggle.

"Well that's good to hear." I commented.

"I'm gald you like your new school." Meredy added.

Wendy nodded, smile still on her face and went back to finishing her breakfast.

Meredy Pov

"So what did you want to ask me?" I asked Gray on the way to school.

He hesitated.

"Can you tell me why Juvia invited me to jer house that day?"

I was considering if I could pretend I didn't know what he was talking aboit but I decided against it.

I sighed.

"When we have more time. I'll tell you the whole story." I gave up and said.

"Why are you keeping this away from me?" He said, getting irritated.

"I'm sorry Gray. I'm just not ready to talk about it yet." I looked down at my feet.

"When will you be ready?" He asked.

I shrugged.

He sighed "Come on Meredy you can hide it forever."

"Maybe I can." I mumbled.

He didn't seem to hear. He looked ahead.

"Forget it then. I'll find out myself." He muttered.
