Me and Antony was sitting quietly on the floor facing each other, most probably because we both wanted sometimes for ourselves. The weather was chill and we didn't had any warm clothes but I think it would be fine as long as we survive.

I was thinking about how everything became like this when my sight fell on my phone. It was 9 PM.

"Antony?" I called.

"Hm?" He looked up.

"You okay?"

"Yes I'm, just feeling cold" he said and burried his face inside his arms as he sat in the Indian style. I sighed and stood up. There's nothing to do that's why gonna take a walk around.

The bricks were lying on the floor along with nails and a knife for cutting the sandpaper. The place is already a mess and more you will search, the more useful things you will get but sadly, there's no blanket here. 

I came near a large with was supposed to be window and looked at the river. The wind was stronger there but it was quite cavitivating. I was looking outside when I felt I saw someone down. I couldn't see the person but I'm sure there's someone.

"Antony, I think I saw-" I turned back and there he was standing with the knife in his hands, about to stab me but I moved at the right time "What are you doing?"

He didn't saw anything, his eyes were same blood-red but he wasn't injured, that's maybe because he found his prey right in front of him. Wait! I ain't his prey! "Antony! Listen to me, I'm your sister!"

He held my hair tightly. Damn! He is really strong and about to stab me again but I pushed him by my legs and set myself free as he fell on the ground. He stood up again, ready to attack me "Antony! You're not in your sense! Please stop!"

He came towards me as I dozed off and moved to other side as he ran behind me "Antony! Did you forgot you said you won't hurt me?"

It was useless to say anything, nothing is going into his head and all he want is to kill but....at the end ME? I was stopped by a wall where I found Antony standing right in front of me with an evil smirk.

"Antony, you-" I was about to say when he stabbed me with the knife, right into my tummy, passing through the backbone, crushing my soul. I fell on the floor, unfortunate by the fact that the person who can kill himself for me and was the one who's supposed to protect me....killed me today. 

He pulled out the knife and stabbed me another time, making sure I die fully when a gunshot was heard. My eyes widen before becoming dim when I saw Antony dropped the knife and fell on me.

"A-Anton-" he fell down, letting the blood flow from his mouth as I saw the cops were standing there. How are they here? Or why? My brother is a monster or anything i don't want to know but if also he tried to kill me, all I know they finally succeeded in killing the victim.

It's not Antony's fault, he loves me very much and would never do that if he was in his sense and maybe I could have died before him so I shouldn't have to see him in this state....it hurts. I struggled to stood up but about to fell when a warm pair of arms held me.

"Ash...?" I slowly muttered with my dim eyes.

"Nothing will happen to you. I promise I won't let that" he said and hugged me tightly but the next moment I lost my senses.

The sunlight was strong. I opened my eyes to see myself in a hospital room, and my whole body was bandage under the lose T-shirt. My head still somewhat hurts as I recalled what happened that day.

"Annie!" I looked at the door to see Ash, I never saw his this look before. The look filled with worried, happy and relaxing. He rushed towards me.

"You finally woke up? Thank god. You're asleep for 4 days" he said with a short smile. Four days passed after that incident...and my Antony?

"Ash, what happened to brother?" I asked, this I the first time I addressed him as brother rather than saying his name.

"He lost his life there only" he said, slowly as I broke into tears.

"I thought you won't tell the cops about our whereabouts but you-"

"I had no other choice! If they don't kill him, he should have killed you and you know, I can't bear to watch you die this early. Why the heck you don't understand that there was no way we could save him and your one sacrifice saved many life today and even yourself!" he said. He also don't trust Antony, I can't ignore the things he said and I should believe that he is somewhat right but having only a brother to be called as family, how can I live?

"I-I can't able to see him again" I said as my voice broke down.

"Don't worry, just move on. I'm always here for you, ok?" He said kissing my forehead as I wrapped my arms around him.

"He was my only family but I think I was also wrong the last time. I'm sorry" I said.

"Don't apologise, it's not your fault but the love for your brother and I respect it" he said as we saw the door opened again and James came in.

"I'm sorry that I had to shoot but I had no other reasons. I know I'm unforgivable but if you do, I would be grateful" he said. I looked at him and then sighed.

"You just did your job and what you thought right to protect the citizen. How can I blame you?" I said with a chuckle buy couldn't say it was for happiness or misery.

"I'm glad that you forgave me and I can understand your feelings after losing him but the best thing to do is value the one who's still there is your life. Don't do anything reckless and live your life in your own way, for yourself and for your best friend" James said and I nodded, I didn't knew he is good in explaining "I'm leaving now, take care" 

With that he left the room and Ash took a seat beside me, taking my hand on his and smiling.

"Wiling to start your life with me?" He said with a smile I never saw, filled with misery yet happy.

"Of course" I said, leaning near his lips and pressing mine onto his. He kissed me back, holding face

"Thank you" I muttered between the kiss as he smiled.
