Meredy Pov

"You shouldn't push yourself too hard, Juvia." I rest a jand on her arm. She was bend over books, twirling a highlighter in one hand and resting her head on the other.

"I'm fine." She repiled without looking up. It was lunch and since Juvia doesn't eat she decided to study for the upcoming exams.

I sighed, knowing there was nothing to get her to change that mind of hers.

Wendy Pov

I got the news that afternoon.

I was scared. Afraid.

I didn't have anyone to go to.

I was crying.

I called him.

Gray Pov

"G.....gray....." the voice whimpered.

"Wendy?"

"Gray...." she cried again.

"I'll be right over." I hung up and dashed out of school.

"Gray..." Wnedy broke down once again as she opened the door. She warpped her arms around my neck and let the river flow.

"Wendy, where is Juvia?" I searched the room. She lifted her head from where it was buried in my chest. Her eyes were shining with tears and her lips were trembling. She pressed her lips together, trying to clam down. It didn't work and she brust out with new tears.

"H...h...hospital." she finally managed to get pass her lips. My heart skipped a beat. My eyes doubled their size. This can not be happening.

"Let's go, Wendy." My voice was quiet, I pulled a tug of soft blue hair behind her ear and wiped her cheeks. She nodded. I stood up.

She pulled at the hem of my shirt "Gray...? Can you carry me there?"

A sad smile pulled ay my lips "Sure." I bend down and waited for her to climb on. "Let's go." I felt her nod.

Juvia Pov

Where am I?

All I saw around me was a white, empty space. I could see the outline of a person over the horizon. The brightness radiating from the person blinded me for a momnet. She was closer now. She wore white, jad a gentle face and a pair of soft white wings. She smiled gently down at me.

"Are you an angel?" She nodded. "Where am I?" I asked, suddenly understanding my siutation.

"Am...I....going to?" I choked on my own words. She nodded once again. "Can I at least say goodbye?" I knew they were by my side, sitted beside my bed, probably weeping. I could feel their presence. My eyes filled with wetness. I closed my eyes and when I opened them again, I saw the ceiling lights of the hospital and two blurry faces by my side.

"Juvia?" Gray body tensed. Wendy with her big blue eyes filled with tears.

"Gray....take care of Wendy." I could hardly hear my voice. My sister's lip was shaking and she pressed it down like she always did.

I let a weak smile pull my lips up "Be a brave girl for me, okay?" She squeezed my hand and nodded. Gray smooth my hair away from my face, standing up. He leaned in close. Our faces inches apart. Our breaths were one.

"I love you." He mumbled, closing the gap between us and letting his lips mold into mine, my eyes fluttered close. I could taste of his sweet soft lips mixed with the saltiness of his tears.

Gray Pov

The machine beeped dead. Wendy was crying in the background. Everything was a blur. I dropped back into the chair, I pulled her sisrer close. The nurses and doctors rushed in, checking serval things before finally pulling the white sheets over her.
