Dedicated to my best friend Colette

She was broken
She felt like a tissue
For a moment :
Used when wanted,
And thrown away
When not needed .

Her circumstances
Were scarring her heart,
She felt weak.
She felt like —
She could never do anything in life.

Then a reincarnation of angel came in Her life,
Her name was Colette.
She tried pulling that soul out of her Distress.
She tried and tried,
She told her a few things  :
'Beauty is superficial it doesn't matter After a while,
You gotta shine from the inside'
'You gotta love yourself in order for People to love you'.
These words pulled the soul in agony
Out of her web.
These words moved something in
Her.
After so long, she felt loved & wanted.
She realised the meaning
Of  friendship.
She realised that true friends
stick to you,
through thick and thin.
No matter,
How much of a mess she was,
Her friend sticked with her through
Thick & thin.
And that's what mattered :
Someone having your back during
Your lows & highs.
