Lucy's POV 

All I see is black and muffled sounds enter my ears. Tears were flowing out of my eyes and out of the black cloth over my eyes. Then I feel someone grab my hair and throw me somewhere. I whimper "Is that the last one?" I can barely hear the voices. "Yes, now we're done. Close the door and lets take off. NOW!" I struggle against my ropes around my arms and feel. I hear a helicopter take off. "Are you alright?" I hear a familiar voice say. "Mira?" "Hi Lucy, let me get you out of that." She unties my arms and legs. I take the cloth off my eyes and see Mira sitting next to me. "M-Mira? Wh-what's going on?"  I look around and see steel walls surrounding us. A chain fence is in the middle of the walls. "Wh-where are we?" Mira sighs. "We are in a closed off area called Alvarez.  (Slight spoiler from this point on) You must of not heard." "Heard what?" She sighs and starts shaking. Tears pool in her eyes. "They're taking out all of the flaws in Earthland. Take a look around. Notice anything?" I look around and notice the people. I widen my eyes. "B-but almost our whole grade is here!" (They're Juniors in high school btw) I widen my eyes. "Plue! Where is my dog!?" Mira hugs me. "Animals will be here later. Don't worry" I sigh and hug her back. "Thank god. But anyways, why is almost our whole grade here?" Mira sighs. "We're trouble makers remember? We all have flaws in some ways." "Flaws?"

Mira pulls back from the hug and holds my shoulders. "For example: Cana drinks and has straight Fs. Me, Lisanna, and Elfman all have what they call old people hair. Elfman also says man in every sentence." We both giggle at that. Then she continues. "Gray strips, Juvia stalks Gray. Max always has a broom up his ass, Warren thinks he can read minds, Droy is fat. Jet runs too fast. Levy is too small, Gajeel is too big and scary. Laxus is too silent and does nothing. Erza has too many mood swings and eats nothing but cake. Natsu loves fire and can eat fire. You're too weird, they say." I look down. But she still continues. "You and Levy are the only ones with perfect grades. Everyone else is either failing or too average. They want to make this country perfect by removing these 'flaws'. Every person who is considered perfect will remain outside of this wall. Everything about us will be erased from their memories." I look up at the darkening sky. "So in other words, they will slowly kill us off? Either from execution or starve to death?" She nods. "Those who try to escape or attack the guards will be executed. They will barely give us any food so we will grow our own food, which is alright with them. Come on."

I follow Mira to a huddled group. "LUCY!" I get tackled by a few people. I hug them back. "Hey Natsu, Levy-Chan and Cana. How's it going?" They get off me but Levy-chan grabs my hands. "Lu-chan! Why you? You seem so perfect! Why does this have to happen to us?!" I feel my eyes dull. "I'm not perfect Levy-chan. No one is. As to your last question, It probably the new president doing this. Wanting a perfect world with no 'flaws'." I shake my head and smile. "Sorry that got dark." Levy-chan shakes her head. "Its alright Lu-chan. But the new president?" I nod. "It makes sense if you think about it." "I'll think about it but what do you mean you're not perfect?" I tense up and look down. "D-don't worry about it. A-anyways, fill me in on some stuff please!" "Sure!"

I look at the descending plane. Everyone was surrounding it as it landed. The back opens and a bunch of animals run out. Natsu's blue cat Happy runs to him. Gajeel's scarred cat jumps on his shoulder. Wendy wasn't here, thank god, so her white cat wasn't here. I crouch down. "Plue! There you are I was so worried!"

The albino dog jumps on me. I giggle and hug him. (Above is Plue) He's just a puppy and according to the vet, he'll stay that size for the rest of his life. He was left on the streets when he was a month old so I took him in. He's already two. He licks my face as I giggle. "I missed you to boy!" He barks and hops off me. Natsu holds out a hand for me. "Here, need help?" I nod and grab his hand. He pulls me up. "Thanks" "Anytime" I hear a meow. "Aw Happy! Long time no see!" The blue cat purrs and jumps on my shoulder. I rub my cheek back against him. "Traitor" I giggle at Natsu as Happy hisses at him. I scratch behind Happy's ear to make him stop. "LILY! I MISSED YOU!" Me and Natsu sweat drop as Gajeel cries while hugging Panther Lily to death. Happy purrs and hops on Natsu's head. I sigh. "Where will we sleep? Look how dark it is" We look up. It was dark out but they had lights on the walls and chained fence. "bout that..." I hear a chuckling behind us so we turn around and see Mira with a glint in her eyes. "M-Mira, j-just tell u-us." "Ok~ We will be partnered up. I'll choose" "You ca-" I shut my mouth when Mira giggles and tilts her head. "I. Will. Choose. Whether. You. Like. It. Or. Not. Got it?" We slowly nod. "O-ok?" We squeak.

I feel my eye twitch. "No" "Yes!" Mira smiles and grabs my hands. "They won't give out any more tents, so you have to share." "No. He can sleep outside" "I am not sleeping outside Lucy." "Then I will" "No you won't." "Yes I will!" "No you won't! Get in there!" I squeak when Natsu pushes me inside the tent. I rub my butt. "My aching ass~" "Want me to rub it for you?" "NO!" "Ooh~ I expected this but not this soon!" I glare at Mira. "Shut up!" I get on my knees and look around. I put a hand on my chest and sigh in relief. "Oh thank god there's more then one sleeping bag." I move my sleeping bag, which was pink and Natsu's was red, to the other side of the tent and away from Natsu's. I whistle. "come here Plue!" I hear a bark so I look at the tent entrance and see Plue walk in with his tail wagging. I crawl into the sleeping bag. I pat my stomach. "Come here boy!" He walks over and lays down on my stomach. Natsu crawls in the tent with Happy. I raise a hand. "I'm going to sleep." "Night!" He grins. I close my eyes and sigh before falling asleep.

(Hey! I literally had dreamt of this but with myself and my classmates. No, none of my friends were in it. My dog was but I didn't interact with him. The walls and fence thing were there. There was no president. There were watch towers every so often. I added stuff of course. Well, see ya! I hope you will enjoy this new adventure in a slightly modern AU!)
