1. Ano-ano ang mga pinaka-surprising na mga bagay na natutunan ninyo sa paggawa ng mga kwento?

Ang pinaka-surprising para sa aking nangyari sa buong Wattpad journey ko ay iyong nabigyan ako ng pagkakataong ma-ipublish bilang physical book ang aking online story. Thanks to Bliss books, and of course, my supporters.

Marami akong natutunan sa pagsusulat sa buong nagdaang mga taon, pero ang pinakagusto kong realization ko sa pagsusulat ay iyong pananaw ko sa mga leading characters. Although they are fictional characters, I want to picture a character that is not perfect and flawless. Na kahit iba sila sa mundong kinagagalawan natin, hindi sila malayo sa ating mga sarili na nagkakamali, nagpapatawad at nagiimprove kada araw.

2. What do you prefer to write: Series or Standalone stories? Why?

I prefer writing stand alone stories na parte din ng isang buong series kagaya ng sa Queens Series, Constantine Series at Croix Trilogy. All of these consists of at least three different stories, pero hindi mo kailangang basahin ang nauna para maintindihan ang kasunod.

3. Ano ang weird writing habit ninyo? (side comment: kailangan niyo rin bang uminom parang si Edgar Allan Poe bago magsulat?)

Wala naman akong weird habit, I think. Pero minsan inaabot ako ng isang buong araw sa pagsusulat ng isang chapter dahil mabilis akong madistract, hahahaha! For example, nagtatype ako sa living room tapos napatingin ako sa aso namin. Iiwan ko na ang tinatype ko tapos makikipagselfie muna sa mga aso, ganon. Kaya inaabot ako ng ilang oras para makabuo ng chapter.

4. Among your stories, what particular scene is difficult for you to write?00.

Mga action scenes sa The Larcenist Queen and The Heartless Queen. It's hard to write something na mas madaling ipicture kapag nasa movies. Kapag nagsusulat na ako ng action scenes, medyo nagtatagal ako dahi iniisip ko pa kung paano ko dapat gawing exciting and not too dragging 'yung scene. At every time na nakakatapos akong masgulat ng action, hinihingal ako HAHAHAH feeling fighter si ati.

5. Saan kayo mas nacha-challenge sa pagbuo ng first chapter o sa epilogue?

'Yung epilogue or ending ng story. I have to make sure kasi na na-polish ko lahat ng mga katanungan na nilatag sa previous chapters, especially sa mga stories na may halong mystery. I want the epilogue clear and at the same time, smooth lang. It's the hardest and most satisfying part to write. Satisfying kasi natapos na yung story, hardest kasi ang hirap pakawalan dahil naattached na ko sa characters.

6. If you can bring one of your characters to life, who will it be and why?

Si Adaleah Alvarez of The Larcenist Queen. She has a strong personality like her mother, and she could bring me billions worth of diamonds hahahaha samahan ko siya sa kanyang thief escapades, char.

7. Among your characters, who's the closest to you? Why?

Cryd Constantine and Savanna Esquivel of I Heard You. Kasi their story is I think, the first story kung saan nag-grow talaga ako as a writer. Sobrang emotionally attached ako sa dalawa, and I feel like writing more about them. Ang story din nila ang unang nagpanalo sa akin sa Wattys Award year 2016!

Then sumunod sa kanila si London of I Saw You. I like how I've written his growth from someone who loves playing around, to someone who's serious and matured in dealing with life.

8. If you could collaborate with any author (local man or international), who would it be and why?

Sa local, I would like to collab with 4reuminct (Gwy). I super love her stories from Danger's Style to the University Series. Light and smooth lang, very witty din pero full of lessons talaga. #CameROAR

Sa international, I'd like to write a Filipino mythology series with, of course, the one and only Rick Riordan! #demigodforevs

9. Anong famous story (be it classic or contemporary Literature) ang hinihiling mong ikaw ang nakapagsulat? Bakit?

Buong mythology universe in Rick Riordan ('di ba obvious na favorite ko siya hahahaha). Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, Heroes of Olympus, Trials of Apollo and moreeeee. I just super love how he made the books informable and entertaining at the same time. And grabe 'yung diversity talaga ng lahat ng series. I love love loveee!

10. What are your future plans in your writing career?

I want to finish my pending works so I could write more. But I have been very busy lately because I'm reviewing for my board exams, pero kung may time lang talaga, tatapusin ko na lahat tapos itutuloy ko 'yung pinaplano kong fantasy story and detective story.
