As I stood outside the police station two days later I knew what had to be done.

"Dustin GO FUCK YPURSELF!!" I screamed as loud as I possibly could. I could see Jordan's car pulling into the parking lot.

"Allie your fucking crazy! You need to come with me NOW I will not allow you to do this!" His tone was more than enough to make me step backwards almost tripping on the curb when Jordan came running to catch me.

"Allie are you ok?!" He looked so concerned before turning to Dustin.

"Do I need to arrest you or are you going to leave her alone?" Jordan's voice was firm.

Dustin didnt say a word before he turned around and got into his SUV and pulled out of the parking lot. Jordan immediately held me and asked again if I was ok.

"What was going on? Why was he screaming at you and where did he want you to go?"

"Jordan he didn't want me to talk to you." I looked down at my hands before continuing "He wanted me to go back with him, leave you and everyone else behind. He said I couldn't trust you. I told him he was wrong that you would help me...." I let my voice fall quite before a few years ran down my face.

"Al baby I got you. I knew he was no good. I knew it. He couldn't handle you being questioned by the police and he got scared. It's better off babe. Let him go. I will always be here for you no matter what. I knew you needed me." You could hear the excitement in his voice, how happy he was that I needed him.

"Tell me what you need Allie and I'll do it."

"I need you to go quit your job and run away with me." I said the words quickly not sure how he was going to respond but he didn't hesitate one minute before pulling me into the station and turning in his badge and gun. Grabbing his passport from his desk. He led me to the car and immediately drove to the airport.

"You know there is no going back now baby girl it's just you and I"

I couldn't believe he actually did it. He quit his job for me. Not one question asked. Now all i had to do was get him away from here.
