I've submitted this story as a screenplay to HBO! Wish me luck❣

Update: I found out that my screenplay made it to round 2, which is hard, according to a representative of the fellowship. I was also told that my screenplay was well received by the judges. The bad news is that my film industry background isn't approving, even though the fellowship is for emerging writers, which means new/amateur writers. I thought my status wouldn't matter. But hopefully, in 2021, I can make it as a finalist by building my background.
