Person:What's your favorite PC game?

Me:You know when you don't have internet and you can play the little dinosaur game on google? That one.

Person:But why?

Me:It's the only game that's compatible and not crappy and/or too overly complicated for me to get.

Person:Well then just get a better computer, it's not that expensive.

Me:First I have my computer is up to date, secondly have you ever heard of something called Linux?

Person:Is Linux like a person or something?

Me:*Sigh of disappointment*

I have Linux on my laptop. My dad got it for me since windows wasn't letting me stream all my anime and YouTube properly. The anime thing works better, YouTube is still broken and plus now nothing will work for it.

Example 1: I can't do have the crap I used to do now. Like I used to play Roblox, yes you heard me right, but now I can't. I used to enjoy playing for an hour or two and occasionally with a friend too. Ha ha ha, Linux doesn't work for it. Only Windows does.

Example 2: I can't get anything new really. Doki Doki Literature Club had come out and my mom really liked it so i wanted to try it. I went to the website and on Steam but no matter how many times I tried to download it, it still didn't magically become compatible on my PC.

Example 3: At my school Fortnite is really big. Even the girls are playing and they aren't being scolded by the guys and being called noobs for once. So I tried to get it on my PC since it's free. Welp, I made the Epic Games account, and I got to the download screen and it had the options download for Windows and download for Mac. I looked all over that page as if I were looking through the fridge trying to find that hidden metal spoon that is the only good one, only to realize that my mom put it away and now I can't use it anymore.

So overall Linux instead of solving just one problem, has now given me many more. Almost like when you're taking a quiz and you only have five minutes left, then, and only just then, you realize that there's a back to it.

Also going back the fortnite problem. It's on mobile now, but I have Android. Not just any kind of Android though, an off brand Android phone. It's called an Honor 6x. I don't even know if that's the name of the company who made or if just the phone name. I have a decreased chance of getting sh*t just because of phone brand.

Thanks Dad for buying me such an obscure phone that I have to do troubleshooting on my own. Christ I wish Apple would just take over already so there wouldn't be constant battle.

But I actually do prefer Android any day because Apple sucks but it's also winning. Android for life, just not the off brand Android.

Also for Linux. I could say a rainbow of words not suitable for your baby sibling about it and so many of them it's crazy. I hate Linux, I wanna be a Microsoft slave again.

At least in Windows when you have a problem people try to help, even though the entire community has no clue what hell is going on.

Linux on the other hand, the community is small. There's also a lot of rude people that don't like to help the new ones. They'll tell you to learn basic computer skills and then go screw yourself afterwards. Some do help though, but there isn't anyway I'll be able to understand it.

Side note: I was originally writing this on my PC, but I got to mad and went to my phone because when typing if I made a mistake and don't notice it at first I can't go back. I have to delete everything I wrote, then fix it, then write everything again. On my phone I can start writing anywhere at anytime without worrying about it typing over stuff because the blue highlight won't go away.

Alright imma try using this one Wine thing to try out fortnite just for the experience. If I like it, I like it, if I don't, I don't. There's just to much hype to not make me curious.
