So first off, a little info on Izuku and his quirk in this. His quirk is called, Pact Leader. This allows him to use the quirks of other people who he is friends with to the best of their abilities. The problem is, it has to be a mutual friendship as in both see each other as a friend at the very least. Also, if a quirk has an exterior faction that helps it(like your body has to be a certain mass or you need to know knowledge of something for it to work better), he will be limited to what his body can do.

Because of this quirk, his parents disowned him and left him to live on the streets for two years before he got picked up. He will also be partly blind in one of his eyes with a scar down the center of it due to a cut he got on the streets and being unable to treat it correctly to let it get badly infected.

He will have people he looks at as family or very close friends, and they are:

Rumi Usagyiyama(Miruko)

Miruko was doing a patrol with Ryukyu upon her request one day when they found Izuku crying in some garbage. Since she found him, he was placed under her care by some hero laws. Being 18 at the time, a person that just became a pro hero, and having no knowledge of what to a parent should be, she was reluctant to take on the role. But with some help from Ryukyu, she accepted it. Her relationship with Izuku is rather...strange to the outside. They normally fight each other when they first see each other and have it end in her holding him in a choke hold until he gives, or Izuku sitting on top of her(not sexually) with her laughing. Izuku's the more responsible one, but she helps where she can.

Tatsuma Ryuuko(Ryukyu)

Ryukyu is more like a calm aunt to Izuku. She gives the surrounding of someone with less violent natures for Izuku. During his life, she tried to help find ways for Izuku to interact with people and help him with some 'trust issues' he has due to his abandonment.

Toyomitsu Taishirou(Fatgum)

Fat came into the picture due to Ryukyu thinking Izuku needed a male role model in his life. He takes the role of a happy uncle to him and loves seeing Izuku. He also taught Izuku how to always stand strong and be caring to others(Miruko mainly taught him how to punch people with Ryukyu making sure he knows that he should only punch those in defense of others). Izuku does have his quirk. But due to lack of body fat, he can't use it nearly as well.

Nejire Hado and Tamaki Amajiki

Izuku met these two on separate occasions by Ryukyu and Fatgum coming over with them to talk work. They both learned of Izuku's past and feel much compassion for him. Izuku sees them like older siblings that help him when he can't turn to the adults. However, his thoughts of Nejire are leaning more towards he thinks more than just a big sister now. Though he's happy with what they have already. Nejire thinks of Izuku as an adorable little brother who can help her curiosity. While Tamaki thinks of Izuku as a light at the end of a very dark tunnel that he's happy to see. He also gets really embarrassed when Izuku complements him to a point he shuts down like in a crowd. But mess with Izuku, and these two will kick your ass. They are very protective of the boy that admires them. He will also know of Mirio, but wont meet him until later.

I also had an idea for a female friend for him from class B that he grows up with. Nobody in their school talks with them due to them being kinda to themselves, but they don't mind since they enjoy the privacy. So the friend will either be one of these three below.

Ibara Shiozaki

Kinoko Komori
