Have you ever wanted someone to take a look through your book and give you their thoughts? Well this is the place for that!

A few things before we begin, I do want to make these reviews somewhat entertaining to read but I'm not going to be just taking shots at your stories and dunking on it. All genuine criticism will be presented politely, this is a hobby for 99% of people and it's not fair to act as though you owe us a masterpiece of writing.

My goal is to give people tips to improve their stories, and their writing in general. As well as hopefully spread the good word for excellent stories.

Because of this I'm not going to be doing a numbered score. I think that's very difficult to do, so instead in my conclusions section I'll be giving you overall advice for your story. As well as whether or not I recommend the story for others.

Though do keep in mind, you agreed to a review and I'm going to be giving you one. There are things you might not necessarily consider an issue that I might bring up. That's just bound to happen when you get someone else's perspective.

Also keep in mind context isn't super important because you're publishing this story to outsiders, if outsiders assume that say a story is rushed, they aren't going to know if there's more behind the reasoning for decisions.

All this to say, I'll be giving my honest thoughts and I'm just one girl. If you want an unbiased, review. I can give you one to the best of my abilities.

Keep in mind, this is primarily a Pokémon story review book. I am open to stories outside of Pokémon, but those will be judged on a case by case basis, so please don't be upset if your form is denied.

I do have preferences for genres and that can be pretty easily gathered from my own writing, but I'll be keeping those preferences to myself when it comes to reviews. If a genre isn't for me, that's not the fault of the story and i won't lob that criticism at your story.

All this is to say, feel free to clarify or correct me in the comments of your review. Just don't be rude when I give you genuine criticisms, and I don't really care.

With all that being said, there's no obligation on your end for me to do these reviews. Just be patient as I have limited free time and will do my best to get your review out.

Also, if you want me to review a story in a series, please only request one at a time. If your story is any sort of sequel or follow-up, I'm not going to get those parts and I'm not reading an entire extra story to prepare for this one.

Also, regarding story and chapter length I'll try my best to complete the story. If it's very long and a painful read, however, I reserve the right to stop the review at a certain point. This typically won't happen though.
