She exclaimed in mind, Seeing a couple infront of her. Then she remembered, she was supposed to be with her 'supposed boyfriend'. Cause he must be waiting for her outside, surpressing all her pain inside. She made her way out of the place with her works finished, and spotted karan standing waiting for him. He seemed busy in his phone scrolling. She went towards her.

Preeta : zyaada wait karwaaya ?

Karan's trance broke hearing her voice, he immediately paused his phone work, and held a smile on his face soon seeing her.

Karan : (smiles) no, bilkul nahi. Abhi aaya mai yaha. Chale ?

She nodded. Karan smiled, but preeta passed a lame one. Both took their place in karan's car. Taking glance of preeta, who was busy in outside veiw, karan made himself sure that she was again into some thinking. It somewhere hurts him too, let it be a fake relationship, but he had a sincere intension of friendship towards her, because he still hasn't forget their first meet, and no one can ever forget ...

"Aaahhhhh...." He get the hold of her who was about to fall on floor. He saved her from falling. But it wasn't a typical fall and catch meet. She was necessarily pushed by the disgusting man standing in front.

Karan made her stand on her feet, then her teary gazed met with his'. He protectively held her, and dangerously glared him, he was with his two friends.

Shekhar : dekho kaise ghoor raha hai, kya kar lega ha...

Karan leave her, and took a step ahead.

Karan : (dangerously) batau kya kar sakta hu.

Shekar laughed.

Shekhar : kyu be, hai kaun tu ha. Is ladki ne kya naya mohra banaya tujhe ?

His words ignited fire in karan, and immediately he slapped him hard. Silence prevailed around !
Karan angrily held his collar.

Karan : uske baare me kya bol raha hai ha... Tere baare me batau abhi tu kis hadh tak gira hua insaan hai. Aur saboot bhi hai mere paas. Ki kis tarah jab usne tere saath live-in me aane mana kar diya to tune usse break-up karke, uske baare me afwaah faila di sab jagah. Bol, batau saare saboot. Muh dikhaane layak nahi rahega tu..

He wide his eyes in anger and remain quiet, because he knew what karan told all was true.

Yes, it was true... Shekhar claimed to be in love with preeta, and after quite good time, he wanted her body just like some cheap one. And when she refused, he revealed it was only a way to betray her after having enough satisfaction. But alas ! He didn't get it, so he played a trick, and spread the lie about her, because of which, preeta has faced more than enough insults.

Karan : bol na, ab kyu muh band ho gaya ha, sach sunna bardash nahi hua.

Shekhar jerked his hand from his collar.

Shekhar : wo chod na... Ye Bata, tu kyu uski itni tarafdaari kar Raha hai ha... Sabko pata hai meri to girlfriend thi, teri kaun hai.

Karan : wo important nahi hai, yaha baat teri ho rahi hai....

Shekhar : baat chaahe jiski bhi ho, tu kyu palat raha hai, bol na kaun lagti hai teri, kahi tujhe to apne jaal....

Before he could complete, he received a tight slap from karan which shocked everyone around including preeta.

Karan : (angrily clutched his collar) zaban sambhal ke baat kar samjhaa, girlfriend hai meri (preeta gets shocked) aur mai na teri tarah nahi hu kisiko use karne ke liye. Tune jitna dard use diya hai na, sab ka hisab barabar karne aaya hu...

Karan throw the proves, which cleaned preeta's character. Karan had always saw her in MSCIT company, in which his best friend works. And his best friend and preeta shares a quite good bond, which aware karan regarding shekhar's betrayal and his evil intensions. He had always seen preeta before, but after also with every hope lost and being mentally tortured by shekhar. It angered karan so much, so he decided to prove their evil mind, because he always knew how preeta was although they never talked except for seeing each other. And that day, he angrily claimed preeta as his girlfriend, because he didn't want her to suffer more.

Karan angrily grabbed preeta's hand and took her away from there. Once far from computer center, preeta tried to get out of his grip, but he didn't let her. He made her sit on a bench, and began to tie handkerchief in her hand removing from his pocket. Preeta stopped wriggling. She looked him, a tear escaped her eyes, which on time karan wiped it, causing a small eyelock between them.

Karan : tum, idhar hi raho. Mai gaadi lekar aata hu, tumhe to drop kar dunga.

Preeta nodded her head.

Karan still can't forget that day, from where he want to be protective for her. They were in relationship infront of world, but it they knew the ugly reality. It wasn't like she is weak, but being too much hurt, preeta had stopped to fight, which ultimately karan took over. After getting out from shekhar's clutched, still some people continue to target her, but karan never failed to let it not hit her, fir which she is too deeply thankful for him, but still, she isn't out from her pain.

Karan stopped the car causing her to come out of her trance. She look at him. He get out, and open the door for her. She was confused, but she saw food stall infront. Karan took her towards. They both sat.

Karan : khaaogi na ?

Preeta : haa...

Food served to them. They started eating. Preeta was eating gladly.
Karan broke the silence.

Karan : preeta, wo tumhaare results kab hai center ke ?

Preeta : results, uski to date nahi aai hai abhi tak.

Karan : acchaa koi nahii...
Khaane ke baad lake side chalogi mere saath ?

Preeta : (confused) waha, kyu ?

Karan : aise hi, ghumne....

Preeta : (nodding head) okk...

They finished eating, and got up.

Preeta : (smiles) thank you...

Karan : (returning smile) my pleasure.

Taking seats back, after couple of minutes, preeta and karan reached the place. It was empty. No one was there, because probably it was evening time. Preeta came out first and she stood there gazing the atmosphere. It was calm, cool, with light breeze, and relaxing. Karan came towards her, and slightly backhug her in a manner, his hands were on hers. She got startled, but remained as it is. They were never close before, but still it didn't bothered her, because she knew him well. Karan pushed aside her hairs on one side, preeta make her eyes close.

Karan : (lean to her ears) Did I ever told you how much beautiful you are ?

Preeta open her eyes, and saw him. She turned towards him, but still caged between his hands. She keep her hands on his shoulder.
Karan asked him raising his brows. She nodded in no. They both were slowly going into deep eyelock.

Karan : today I want to tell you.

He again turned her, and pointed towards water.

Karan : dekho wo paani, wo kitna shaant, aur sayyam hota hai na... Use kitna bhi ganda karle, kitna bhi istemal karle, kitna bhi rok le.... Wo kabhi rukta nahi hai. Uske saath itna karne ke baad bhi wo kabhi ulta kisiko nuksaan nahi pohochata, balki uske bina to koi reh hi nahi sakta. Ye hoti hai uski value. Jo tumme ek hisaa hai uska, wohi tumhe valuable banata hai.

Preeta met her eyes with karan.

Karan : ab dekho wo dhalta suraj (preeta look at it) kis tarah se dhal raha hai, aisa lag raha hai udaas hai aur haar maankar charo or andhera kar le jaa raha hai. Lekin sach to ye hai, wo chala jaayega to yaha dusri roshni aa jaayegi, to uske udaas hone ka kya fayda... Yahi soch se, aur josh se wo agle din waapis aata hai. Wohi soch aur josh tum ho, ha bas abhi us dhalte suraj ki tarah ho, lekin jald hi apne aap par tumhe yakeen bhi ho jaayega...

Preeta smiled lightly. Karan made her turn other side. A sparrow was flying by...

Karan : dekho wo chidiya hai na, (she nodded) kitni chulbuli jaisi aur chehekti hai. Uski awaz se aur maujudgi se har aas paas ki cheeze khush aur haseen rehti hai. Wo chehek tumme hai, tumhari shararote se aur apnepan se har aaspaas ki cheezi khush aur haseen rehti hai, ha magar jab wo chidiya ghum rahi nahi hoti na, tab ekdam shaanti chaa jaati hai, waise hi shaanti chaa gai hai tum me, lekin kab tak rahegi, waapis to aayegi na...

She closed her eyes remembering the old self of her before. Karan pointed towards a rose.

Karan : us gulaab ki khubsoorati dekh rahi ho, kitna khubsoorat hai, sabke dil ko kitna bhaa jaata hai. Lekin jitna khubsoorat hai utna hi kaanto se ghira hai, fir bhi apni khubsoorati nahi chodta. Tum bhi us gulaab ki tarah ho, behad khubsoorat dil aur dimaag dono se, bas abhi kaanto se ghiri ho, fir bhi apni zindagi ko apni tarah khubsoorat bana sakti ho...

Karan finally turned her towards him. She saw him. His eyes were having different reflection. But she was ready to broke the eyelock.

Karan : now, I want to tell how much I love you...

Preeta got shocked. He nodded his head...

Karan : haa, shayad aajse pehle kabhi himmat nahi hui batane ki, lekin ab tumhe aur udaas dekhne ki himmat bhi nahi hai mujhme. Tumhe bohot acche se pata hai tum jo kar rahi ho, ye sab ke liye tum worthy nahi ho, still... Tumhe tumhaari importance ke lectures dekar, puraani yaade dilakar kyu mai apna time waste karu, instead I want to show your real worth, being with you... Because first thing, obviously tumse door to reh nahi paaunga, aur tumhe aise chodkar jee bhi paaunga. Kyunki mujhe sirf tum chaahiye mere liye, pehle waali tum, sach ki hasti khelti waali tum... Because I... (Takes her hand) I really love you... I really love you soo much...

Karan look in her eyes, she was already looking at him. Short silence surrounded. Preeta was having little tears in her eyes. Karan as usual wiped it softly.

Preeta : (with tears) tumhe pata hai tum bohot bolte ho...

Karan : (smiles) acchaa, aur tumhe pata hai tum bohot roti ho..

Preeta giggled with tears and hit him slightly...

Preeta : gandee....

Karan : thank you..

They both laughed. It wasn't a 'yes' from preeta, but neither she can say no. It's not like she is in dilemma, but still she felt it as... She knew very well about karan, but still her heart is occupied by a little fear. There she realized, not everyone is wrong all the time. If she had her worst encounter with shekhar, she also has her best meeting with karan... But she don't want to be so fast to believe.

Karan saw her intensely, and lean to her. She softly closed her eyes, she thought to give it a yes now with the kiss, but instead she felt his lips on her forehead, which made her smile and gave more courage .....

Karan was standing out of preeta's center, she was making something understand her friend. He was just seeing her and admiring her. Preeta felt someone's gaze, she look up and get shocked seeing karan standing. He softly tucked her hair behind her ear. She closed her eyes.

Her friend tap her hand, she look at her.

Her friend : Kya hua ?

Preeta look and find karan not standing close to her, instead outside. He too asked signing her what happened. She nodded head in no. And then saw down smilingly tucked her hairs.

Aisa Lage Wahan Roz Khile Gul, Jahan Tera Aana Jaana...

Preeta was sitting on a bench sadly. Some or the other things always made her upset. She rubbed her arms dye to cold, and a lone tear escaped her eye. Suddenly, a little bit came toher with a tissue. She saw him confusingly, he signed her to take the tissue, but she didn't, so the viy wiped her tear, to which she slightly chuckled.

Boy : aap aise rote hue acche nahi lagte, aap happy raho. I wish aap mere sister hote...

And saying it smilingly, he ran from there. Preeta giggled and smile heartedly. Just then, karan stood behind.

Karan : how cute na !!

Preeta : (seeing him) yes, really so cute.

They both smiled.

And there she realized you cannot be valueless all the time. !!

Karan and preeta were shown eating cake.

Karan : fir na, zabardasti mujhe punishment mil gai thi, mai to bechaara kuch kiya bhi nahi tha...

He saw preeta who was silently giggling, controlling her laughter.

Karan : (with fake anger) haww preeta, tum has rahi ho mujhpar, very bad of you naa...

Preeta : (giggling) are nahi nahi, Mai kaha.... (Karan turned his face) accha sorryy.... (Giggles) ye lo ye cake to khaa lo na.

Karan saw her, she was smiling. He open his mouth to eat, but preeta smudge the bite on his face. Karan made a shocked face. She laugh and ran. Karan too ran behind her.

Karan : babydoll ruko, ab tum nahi bachogi...

Karan was scrolling in his phone. They were in the same park. Preeta came and tap his shoulder, he turned.

Preeta : karan, mai tumhe ek surprise du ?

Karan : (giggles) aise bolkar kayn surprise deta hai babydoll ?

Preeta : (innocently) mai.

Karan : (smiles) accha Mai aankhein band...

Before he could complete, preeta kept his soft lips on his'. Karan's eyes closed due to ultimate shock. After a minute, they broke. Karan blink his eyes once still in shock. Preeta smile.

Karan : (shocked) ye... Ye kyaa (she giggled).... Thaa.... ?

His shocked face turned into happy one. He smiled amd hug her tightly.

Karan : thank you, thank you... Thank you so much babydoll, I live you tooo...

Preeta : (smiles) I hate you tooo....

Karan's face turned annoyed.

Karan : whatt ?? (She laughed.

Preeta : I love you too Karan....

She hug him.

Preeta : all thanks to you !!!

She broke the hug. He smiled happily feeling his and her's love.
She gazed deeply in his eyes feeling true love for herself.
Both leaned towards each other and screen blurred....

There she realized you cannot be unhappy all the time, and you cannot be common all the time, and you cannot be alone true to your partner !!!!

Not all the time !!
