I'm running down the street away from the game store with the game and my nerve gear in my bag

I pull out my phone and call Kazuto. He picks up.
Kazuto- Hey man. What's up.
Hiryuu- I got it!
Kazuto- No way. Really?
Hiryuu- Yeah. I'm on my way home right now.
Kazuto- Well hurry up and set your stuff up. I'll be waiting in the town of beginnings for you.
Hiryuu- Sounds good. See ya in a bit.
I hang up just in time to reach my house.

I rush inside and run past my mom.
Mom- Dear, dinner will be ready in a few hours ok?
Hiryuu- Ok mom.
I run upstairs to my room and shut my door.

I quickly set up the nerve gear and install SAO into it. I lay on my bed and put the nerve gear on.
Hiryuu- Ok here goes. Link start!
I get immediately transported to a the game. It signs into my account and I register my name as Hiro. I get the welcome to Sword Art Online screen then I'm in a town. I blink a couple times and flex my hands bit.
Author: When Hiryuu is in the game, I'm gonna use his avatar name. The same goes for Kazuto. In game he's Kirito.
Hiro *mind*- This is just like the real world.
Hiro- Alright I finally made it.
???- Hey!
I turn around to see some guy.

Hiro- Who are you?
???- C'mon man. You don't recognize this voice?
Hiro- Kazuto? Is that you?
???- Yeah but in here, I'm Kirito.
Hiro- Ok then Kirito. I go by Hiro.
Kirito- Hiro hmm. I like it. Nice avatar by the way.
Hiro- Wait, I have a nice avatar?
Kirito- Yeah. Just take a look through that shop window.
I do as he says.
Hiro- Oh sweet! I look really cool.

Kirito- C'mon. Let's go to the fields outside this town and slay some monsters so that we can level up some.
Hiro- Sounds good.
We start running through the town weaving through people and weapon carts. Eventually someone was following us so we stopped.

Kirito- What's up?
???- You act like you know your way around here. You were in the beta test weren't you.
Hiro- That he was.
???- Cool. Today's my first day so could you give me some tips on the lower floors?
Kirito- Yeah...I don't know if..
???- Awh please? I'm begging ya. Look my names Klein. Good to meet ya.
Kirito- All right. I'm Kirito and this right here is my friend Hiro.
Hiro- Sup.
Kirito- Alright. Let's head out.
Timeskip
Klein was getting his butt handed to him by a boar. The boar hit Klein right in the balls and flies back and lands in his back.
Klein- (grabs his nuts) Right in the nuts. Oh kill me now.
I fall down laughing.
Kirito- Oh come on. Seriously dude? You can't feel any pain.
Klein- Oh yeah you're right. Sorry. Habit.
He gets up.
Kirito- Remember what I said. The first move is always important.
Klein- Yeah that's easy for you to say. But he won't stand still.
Kirito picks up a rock.
Kirito- If you do your initial motion right (powers up rock) and activate a sword skill at the right time (throws rock and hits boar in the butt) the system pretty much guarantees you'll always hit your target.
Klein- Initial motion?
Kirito- Here's an easier way to look at it. (Dodges boars charge attack) Right after you start your move, wait a little bit. When you feel the skill start to activate, drive it home.
Kirito kicks the boar to Klein. Klein's sword glows and he dashes at the boar and cuts it all the way through. The boars HP hits zero and it dies.
Klein- Yeah!!!
Kirito- Congratulations.
Hiro- Yeah, good job man.
We give Klein a high five.
Hiro- Wanna keep going?
Klein- Hell Yeah man. Let's keep going.
Timeskip
It's around sunset in game

Hiro- This world is amazing. And yet we're inside a game witnessing this.
Klein- I know man. It's still hard to believe.
Kirito- You ready to do some more hunting?
Klein- You bet. But the thing is (stomach growls) I'm really hungry. I have to log out.
Hiro- That's too bad the food in here only satisfies your hungry virtually.
Klein- Yeah, that's why I ordered a pizza for 5:30.
Hiro- Someone was prepared.
Klein- You know it. Hey thanks for everything you guys. Really.
Kirito- If need anything, just message us.
Klein- Sweet.
We shake hands. He brings up his menu to logout.
Klein- Huh?
Hiro- What is it?
Klein- There's no logout button.
Kirito and I pull up our menus and see that there was no logout button.
Hiro- Maybe it's a bug?
Kirito- Even if it is a bug, it's gonna cause some serious problems for the game.
We hear bells ring in the distance and the clouds start moving faster.
Hiro- I don't like this.
We glow blue and get teleported back to the courtyard in the town of beginnings. Everyone in SAO gets teleported here as well.
Kirito- Someone forced a teleport.
We look up and see a red warning sign flash. Suddenly those same signs fill the whole sky. Blood oozes from the sky until it forms some kind of floating person.

???- Attention players. I welcome you to my world. My name is Ahkihiko Kayaba and as of this moment, I am in control of this world. I'm sure all of you have already noticed an item missing from your main menus. The logout button. Let me reassure you. This is not a defect in the game. This is how Sword Art Online was designed to be. You cannot log yourselves out of SAO. No one from the outside world will be able to shut down or remove the nerve gear from your head. If anyone attempts to do so, a transmitter inside the nerve gear will discharge a microwave signal into into your skull, destroying your brain, and ending your life. Despite my warnings, the families and friends of the players have already attempted removing the nerve gear. An unfortunate decision to say the least. As a result, the game has 213 less players than when it began. They've been deleted from both Aincrad and the real world. There is longer anyway to revive someone in the game. If your HP hits zero, your avatar will be deleted from the system forever and the nerve gear will simultaneously destroy your brain. There's only one way for a person to escape. You must clear the game. Right now you're on floor one. The lowest floor in Aincrad. Defeat the boss and you move on to the next floor. Defeat the boss on floor hundred and you will clear the game. Last but not least, I've placed a little present in the item storage of every player. Please have a look.
I go through my storage and pull out a mirror. Everyone glows blue and we change to our real selves. Klein looks kinda different and I've seen Kirito plenty of times so it doesn't startle me.

Kayaba- Best of luck to you players.
He disappears and everything goes back to normal.
Everyone starts freaking out and us three book it out of there, heading for the town exit.
Kirito- Ok listen, I'm heading out right now for the next village. I want you guys to come.
Hiro- Count me in.
Klein- Yeah, I have friends back in the plaza. We stood in line all night to get this and I can't leave em.

With that Kirito and I were off on our mission to beat this game.
