Hiro (POV)
Yui- Punches incoming. Two in a row.
Thrym smashes down with a right and we all leap in the air and out of the way. His punch kicked up a cloud of dust. As I'm in the air, he comes out the cloud and nails me. I get sent rocketed to the ground and I make a crater upon impact. While I'm down, Sinon provides cover fire with her arrows while Klein strikes him from behind. Leafa was next as she cuts up his legs. I recover and I kip up. I rush in with Kirito.
Yui- His ice breath is next.
Thrym leaps up in the air before we could attack him.
Yui- Coming up in 3...2..1..now!!
Thrym let's out a game ice blast and we all leap away to dodge it. Freyja goes on the offensive as she releases a purple lightning spell that completely electrocutes Thrym. He screams out in pain and falls back on his back.
Hiro- Looks like not only did he get roasted verbally but physically too.
Kirito- Yeah. Thanks to Freyja, we have an opening. Come on! Now it's our turn!
Myself along with Leafa, Kirito, Klein, and Calixta rush in. Leafa jumps into the air, does a front flip and comes down with a downward slash. Kirito and Klein do a combined slash on Thrym's calf. Calixta and I were next as she stabbed her sword into his exposed skin and used her shoulders to springboard myself up and cut his stomach with a horizontal slice. With that, his first health bar was depleted. He gets angrier and I fall back with the others.
Kirito- His attack pattern is changing. Stay sharp.
Leafa- Hiryuu, there's only three clear spots left on this amulet. Can't you just use that Godspeed thing you did before?
Hiro- He's still got two bars of health left. Godspeed won't do much to him and I have another trick up my sleeve but once I do it, I'm done. It's too risky right now.
Thrym sucks in some air and let's out a wind blast.
Kirito- Ice Breath incoming!
Our magic shields break.
Leafa- Oh no. Hiryuu watch-
She gets frozen solid.
Calixta- Damn it.
Calixta gets frozen solid too. I turn to Sinon who's partially frozen solid. She looks at me with a worried face and reaches out to me before getting completely frozen solid.
Hiro- Damn it not like this!
The ice creeps up to my chest and them my shoulders.
Hiro *mind*- Crap. This gonna hurt.
The ice completely encases me but I can still see what Thrym is doing. He lifts up his boot and does a mighty stomp that sends a shockwave our way. It hits all of us and the ice shatters and we all fall to the ground. My HP is in yellow that is until Asuna uses a healing spell that puts us back to green. Thrym comes closer and looms over us.
Asuna- Get out of there!
Thrym lifts up his foot as he prepares to squish us. I just simply smirk and flip him off on both hands. He gets pissed and lifts his boot even higher. Suddenly he gets blasted by fire arrows in the face.
Sinon- Over here you stupid bitch! Leave my man alone!
Thrym targets her and he goes charging at her.
He goes to grab her but she leaps up to his face and does a spin kick straight to his nose.
Freyja- Great samurai, if we continue in at this pace, we will not defeat Thrym in time. There's but one hope now. Somewhere hidden in this room buried in this plunder is the treasure of my people. Find it and and hope may yet still live on.
Hiro- Got it. Kirito and I will look for it. Just tell us what it looks like.
Freyja- It is about yea big. It is a hammer made of gold.
Kirito- Wait it's a hammer?
Hiro- That's what she said numbnuts. Let's go.
We make our way to the treasure followed by Leafa and Freyja.
Hiro- Man this is gonna take forever and we're running out of time.
Leafa- Oh I know. You can find it using a lightning spell.
Kirito- Lightning spell?
Hiro- Okay here goes.
I stab my swords into the ground light up the area with a lightning sword skill. The lightning travels around all the gold until one sparks deep in the treasure.
Hiro- Hmph. Looks like we hit the jackpot.
