"Cat Noir!" Ladybug called to see her feline companion sitting on the roof, waiting for her.

"M'Lady, you are awfully late. Did something happen? You seem a bit shaken." Cat Noir scanned the twitchy girl.

"My parents found out I'm Ladybug." Ladybug whimpered.

"WHAT?!" Cat Noir gasped.

"I didn't mean to! They heard me talking to my kwami and came inside my bedroom to see me transform... They won't tell anyone though!" Ladybug exclaimed.

"Alright... Damn. That's ought to be scary. I've never thought in a million years I would ever let my father know." Cat Noir sighed.

"Why not?" Ladybug sat down beside him.

"He's... I don't know... I can't put my finger on it." Cat Noir drooped his head.

"He's your father. Why don't you trust him?" Ladybug pressed.

"...I'm not that close with my father." Cat Noir murmured. 

"Ohmigosh! I'm so sorry I asked-I-"

"It's okay... I'm glad to have gotten it off my chest." Cat Noir shot his partner a weak smile. Ladybug smiled and hugged him.

"You can always talk to me... Remember, you're not just my partner... You're my best friend." Ladybug said.

I'm her best friend?! Woo-hoo!!! Cat Noir thought and smiled brightly.

"Alright, no more of this gooey talk! Lets start patrol! Race you to the Eiffel Tower, Kitty." Ladybug challenged and threw her yo-yo and swung off.

"Oh no you don't!" Cat Noir laughed and flew after her.

"Alright, I'd better head home. Goodnight, Cat Noir." 

"Night, Ladybug... And thanks for earlier." Cat Noir purred. Ladybug smiled and swung off.

Cat Noir sighed and went home.
