You going to see the doctor
They'll help you as much as they can
You seemed upset and broken down more than others
And they prescribed you some happy pills to replace your cravings for a woman or a man

To make you feel better
Might lose hunger on the way
Might make you feel less wetter
But these are the prices you have to pay

As the time goes on
You feel even sadder
You feel like you are gone
Your doctor says "what's the matter?"

You say "I'm not feeling myself today
I feel sadder than ever before
And sadder than yesterday"
Life feels like it's closed every door

The doctor recommends the milligram dose to go higher
Until you feel very happy or content
That you feel like you're on fire
Then they say come back and tell me how it went"

You feel better, you're even working more
You're working down to your bones
You feel a massive energy in your core
You seem brighter; your skin has changed its tone

It starts to lose its spark
And it's energy
Depression coming out of the dark
Yet you always seem cranky

You go back to the doctors
They ask you "what's wrong this time?"
You say "I feel the world bothers
Me and It makes me feel like grime

Then the doctor said "let's just double the dosage" but you just simply reply
"It's worth a shot and worth a try

The next morning you take your happy pills
You feel very happy
And you also feel such thrill
Until you became snappy

You then later on became madder then the hatter
But calmer than some roses
You whisper to yourself to make things better
But the large amount of doses

You're so mad you can't even think
You only do what you think is best
Let's all the ideas since
And let the dark idea do the rest
