(y/n)'s POV

Stepping on the dock of the Isle of Ruins, I placed my hands on my hip and the other onto the dagger handle. Sighing gently, I turned to see Link. He was ready and determined. We were getting close to the end of the game, and he knew it. I could see he was getting ready to throw caution to the wind and race for Tetra. Linebeck saw it too.

"I know we're getting close to saving Tetra, but you can't put everything else a side and focus on her. You can't save her if you're dead" Way to sugar coat it there, Linebeck. Looking at him he blinked gently.

"I mean... Getting yourself hurt in the last few things we need to do, isn't going to do any good for you. Pace yourself and it'll be easier to help Tetra." His motivation was a little rough around the edges, but it worked. Link had nodded and took a breath. Ciela came out and sat on his hat.

"Looks like Linebeck is starting to care about us, Link." she said as she smirked. Linebeck crossed his arms and turned around. "Not a chance!" smiling as he was defiant to his feelings towards the boy as usual. I watched him look at me from behind as he smiled gently. Shaking my head at him he turned to look at us.

"Go do what you two need to, I'll stay here and guard the ship" he said. Walking onto the island we left Linebeck there. Stretching a little as we walked around I yawned. I was up rather late last night since Linebeck wouldn't let me sleep. Not that I was complaining. Unlike being in his bed last time, we were down in the engine room since the engine room was loud enough to muffle any noises. That way it wouldn't fall on young ears.

Link had taken us to the Isle of Ruins and we got there pretty late. Instead of jumping off the ship and making way through the island we decided to sleep for a bit. After the exercise I had, I sure needed it. Leaving the harbor and going to the cave entrance, we had to battle a Zora Warrior before we could continue.

Getting the red rupee that he dropped we could get to the part of the island we needed. Leaving that area we were able to jump to different ledges. Avoiding the Rupee Likes that were there, we made it to the other side. Sliding by some boulders we could get to the pyramid in the Northwestern corner of the isle.

Walking inside there was a pyramid like thing with a giant key hole in the middle of it. Raising a brow we walked around it and to the altar that was behind it. A spirit showed up. "This is the Cobble Kingdom, land of the sea people that was destroyed long ago... I am one of the four knights who serve the king. I am the third knight, Bremeur. I defend the seal of the land. You two with the Regal Necklace. Something from where King Mutoh sleeps is needed?"

Telling him the story of how we have to help the Ocean King he hummed gently. "So you seek the pure metal to forge the sacred sword and slay the monster... Our King Mutoh did have the pure metal you seek. But a monster entered his temple, awakening him from his sleep. He is enraged. Can you both enter the temple and slay the monster?" he asked.

We had nodded at the same time. "Well then, show us how you can slay the monster and soothe the angry king. Once he has calmed down, I'm sure he would be willing to hear your story. To enter the great temple of King Mutoh, the sealed land must be resurrected. Meet the second knight, Doylan who sleeps in the temple to the east. That temple is dangerous, but if you can conquer it, he will acknowledge you. I will open another path for you, let it lead you."

Leaving the temple Ciela pointed at something, looking over a bridge formed. This let us get to the other side of the island. Heading for the bridge and reaching the other side I looked at the map. Getting over to the eastern side, we ran around some Miniblins that showed up. Heading for the far east of the map, we had to shoot at some Stalfos that had popped up. Leaving them outside of the temple we walked into the temple to see Doylan.

Running around the boulders that were blocking the way, and staying behind the shield to deflect some arrows. We were able to get up the stairs and to see Doylan.

"I am the second knight, Doylan!  I am the protector of the key that keeps the island sealed! I am impressed that you were able to clear the traps and monsters in this temple! I will not stop the ones trying to return the King to his sleep. Take this key."

Handing us the golden key, we were able to get back to Bremeur. "Take this King's key back to the third knight, Bremeur. Release the seal and restore the kingdom." with that he vanished. Looking at Link I shrugged and we raced back to the other side of the island. Putting the key in the golden pyramid, it let the temple rise to its former glory.

Bremeur had appeared. "The seal has been broken with the King's key. The land has been resurrected! Take the new path and meet the first knight, Max!"

Leaving the pyramid we made our way over to the maze that we had jumped along earlier. Running around the area, we found 4 tablets. This gave us the pattern that we needed to get through the door and reach the biggest temple on the island. Talking with Max he said that in order to open the door we need the crest.

Leaving the temple and running to the red door we drew it on the door and could get into the temple. Stretching and yawning a little, I looked at the young hero. He was the reincarnation of the Hero of Winds, but they both still had the same determined look in their eyes. He looked at me and smiled wide. He was getting excited to save Tetra. I couldn't blame him for that since they had been friends since the time of the Wind Waker.
