this has to be one of the oldest shows I could think of. it was like a snow white kind of thing. except penelope was a racecar driver. there were the little miggit guys who would follow aroung and ish like tha. they would save her when she was being captured by some guy. they had this little teeny car they liked to call buggaboo. I used to watch this show on boomerang everyday at 7. it was a cute little show.
