"Neilllll!!!" She screamed from behind him as he was waiting for her.

He stumbled back and turn with wide eyes.

"You scared me..!!!" He exclaimed.

She laughed on his reaction.

"Okay Okay I am sorry!! So what's plan today??" She asked

"Next demand! Long walk!" He replied.

"Monsoon is with us today then! Only cloudy weather I expect!" She pouted

"I hope so.. now don't be a crybaby! Give me your hand and come. Let's go!" He said

She giggled. She does as he said and they started their peaceful long walk from there.

She was happy, atleast she got the one who loves her! He is forced to leave her but he didn't ditched her!

He pulled her closer and encircled his hands around her shoulder.. there were some other boys also! He is a protective one! She blushed seeing his recent action.

"I am not going anywhere!" She said

"Who said you are going?" He replied

"So what was that?" She raised her eyebrows.

"Whattt??" He asked frustrated

"You were jealous because they were checking me out!" She speak out

"So shouldn't I be?" He asked narrowing his eyebrows.

"You can! But it's okay.. they are just seeing nothing else right?" She tries to tease him.

"Then go.. if you are okay to let them see the way they are seeing so then do whatever you want!" He raged and left her hand. He goes and sits on the bench nearby folding his arms against his chest.

"Oh shit! I was just joking and this happened!!" She whispers and facepalmed herself.

"I have to do something!" She thinks.
She was thinking what to do when she sees a boy crossing from there with a guitar! What could be better than that!

She goes to that boy.. requested him and borrowed him the guitar for 10 min.

She gets on the other bench there.. used it as her stage.. and here she goes...

He was looking all this while at her... her smile.. her beautiful voice.. it always soothes him! He love her which he knows it is not just infatuation !

She gave the guitar back to that boy and proceeds towards Neil looking straight into his eyes.She wraps her hands around his neck.

"I am yours only.. nobody else can be that important to me like you are... I love when you get jealous for me.. I love when you get protective for me! And though this can't last forever.. it is just the matter of mere 2 days now and my heart breaks into thousand pieces even remembering that.! You know what today when I saw my ring it makes me happy.. contented as I am marked as yours! But at the same time... I saw your hand and the ring in your hand... and I realised what I am living in is just my dreamland!" She says crying.

Even he can't stop his tears.. he kept his forehead against hers, holds her hands and both cries on their destiny.. their fate! They were in silence.. the sound of their broken hearts were easily audible!

"Neil..."

"Hmm.."

"1 day.. 1 wish down and 1 memory up in our heart! And.. and only 1 more to go!"

They both cried.. they both sobbed.. none of them knew how to stop.

It was evening. Neil went to his house after dropping Avni to the church. Today evening was his mehendi and sangeet ceremony.

Avni was all alone sitting in the church. Thinking about all their memories they had made there.

Flashback

They both were sitting in the church hand to hand.

"Avni.. we will get married according to Christian customs!" He said

"Okay! But why so? I mean I wanted it to be your way!" She asked innocently.

"Because I can imagine.. you in your white gown coming inside the church with flowers in your hand. I will be standing there waiting for you in my black tuxedo.. then we will stand face to face.. and then.. that.. yup.. we will say "I do" after the vows! I will make you wear the ring.. it will be soo beautiful right?" He said excitedly

"Yesss... it surely is so beautiful!" She said with dreamy eyes.

"But...." He said with a naughty smirk

"But?" She asked

"We can marry when ever we want but.. one custom can be done now...!" He said coming close to her looking at her lips..

She understood his single mind track! She puts her hand on his lips.

"Neillll... nooo...!!" She said widening her eyes.

"Avni don't be so unromantic!" He said irritated.

He pulled her close by her waist.

"Please..." He said making puppy face

"No.." She said laughing and ran out of his grip laughing leaving him frustrated behind.

Flashback end

She was crying no actually sobbing keeping her knees close to her chest. Shrinking herself like a baby. She was broken.. which can't be healed ever.

"Jesus why me? I was orphan... I never knew my parents.. this society always has sympathy for me but never love was seen in there eyes.. never. Still.. still I had sister Julie with me and this place which you gave me and I was still happy.. I knew this was my life! Then you sent Neil to my life.. I.. who never believed that anybody could love me.. he gave me love.. unconditional love! I will be always greatful to you for that.. it was the best phase of my life.. but.. But you took away him also from me! Why you hurted me? Why you hurted him? Whyyyyy?" She sobbed.

"For god sake.. I love Neil.. I love him a lot to ever let him go!" She screamed closing her eyes in pain.

On the other side Neil was getting ready for the ceremony.. he was standing in front of the mirror. His eyes her red.. pain in his heart.. pain for losing Avni and anger on his fate.. anger on his family.
He slammed his fist on the table in front of his.

"Nooo.. I can't do it... I can never love anybody else..! I got to know the meaning of love by loving her."He cried

He was frustrated.. he took out his engagement ring from his hand and threw it, which landed on the corner of the room.

"Nobody can take her place. I love Avni and I will always love her only!" He sobbed.

But later as forced by Avni's promise he calmed down himself and went downstairs to the ceremony still remembering Avni.
