GRACE MARY WINCHESTER DID NOT REMEMBER LIFE BEFORE SHE HAD THAT NAME. It was like she had awoken from a strange dream, and just like most dreams, the details of what had happened during her time in Morpheus' realm quickly slipped away like sand through her fingers. After opening her eyes to find herself surrounded by towering trees, she discovered her mind to be blank — she had no idea who she was. But then suddenly an image flashed through her mind and just as the image showed, she ended up meeting two men on a hunt in the woods: John and Dean Winchester.

With no one else left, that she knew of at least, and with intriguing psychic powers, the Winchesters decided to keep the girl close. This was why Dean adopted her and how she gained the name 'Grace Winchester'. It was a name she was proud to have.

The Winchesters weren't your typical white picket fence family, for how was a string of motels, constantly on the road and hunting the world's nightmares considered normal? Still, Grace adored her new life, her fresh start with her new Father and everything that came with it. Well, the monsters weren't exactly enjoyable.

Dean Winchester never expected to become a Father. Living the life that he did, with all the dangers it brought, he never thought he would bring a child into his world. But upon meeting a lost little psychic girl in the woods, he knew that from that moment on he had to protect her no matter what. And so, that wandering child became Grace Winchester, a hunter's daughter.

Saving people, hunting things, the family business. Was how the saying went. And now that Grace was a Winchester, those words belonged to her too.

Having been trained by her Father and Grandfather, Grace knew a thing or two about the ways of a hunter. Despite not even being in double digits, the girl could already battle a ghost with a salt rock shotgun and shoot a shapeshifter with silver bullets. Not that she did as her Father tended to take the guns from her. Because even though she could fight off the monsters, it didn't mean she should. Especially not at such a young age.

But not long after Grace had finally settled into her new — and slightly weird — life, it was flipped upside down when her Grandfather, John, vanished into thin air. And after recruiting the uncle she had never met, the three Winchesters journey out to find the missing member of their family.

With monsters and creatures around every corner, the Winchesters must fight their way through the death and destruction to save the day, all the while searching for John Winchester. And even with a psychic (and whatever Grace's Uncle Sam's new powers were) it wasn't going to be easy. But as long as the Winchesters had each other, Grace knew they were going to get through it, no matter what was thrown their way.

I finally started watching Supernatural! I'm in love with this show so of course I had to come up with a plot. Grace Winchester already owns a special place in my heart and I can't wait to explore her story. I went with a Dean!Dad AU because Dean being a Dad >>>. Gracie may be young but she can look after herself even though her Father and Uncle do their upmost to protect her. I already adore their dynamic.

Also, I finally made a new sign-off gif for my books. I'm not completely sure what I think about it, but I thought it about time for a change.
