all team members should feel accountable (co trach nhiem) if that goal is not reached (dua ra). Clear and effective (hieu qua) communication is very essential because it shortens (thu hep) the risk of reworking the product, miscommunication, negative conflicts and project failure. Face to face meetings allow for opportunities to communicate effectively and become familiar the other team members. Understanding and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of all members of the team allows a project manager to assign tasks properly and empower (trao quyen) people to make decisions thus eliminating the need for micromanagement. Project managements should encourage more creativity, contributions and cooperation from team member of varied backgrounds 

Commonly, hiring the worker for one position is a tough job. That means an employer is very hard decision to hire an inexperienced worker at the lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary. This is because saving money or making money both are foremost issues for an employer. In my opinion, if I were an employer, I would hire a worker depending upon the type of the work in my organization. There are many types of organization like industry, banks, restaurants, consultancy etc.., so the work also varies.  In case that the work in my organization for building and construction, I require workers for the same purpose or physical work, then I would surely hire inexperienced workers at a lower salary. However, if the work in my organization is related to professional level and calculating, I would hire experienced worker.

First of all, my organization is related to the type of work for building and construction. This means that requiring workers for the same purpose or the physical work is suitable for hiring inexperienced workers at a lower salary. Moreover, the type of this work, inexperienced worker will start with their work immediately, without spending more time for understanding the job or any training. With doing this, I will help my organization cutting down expenses  because they are paid the salary at a lower salary and also no training money. Thus, I will make my organization more cost effective. Hiring inexperienced workers satisfy this type of organization and also saving the money for organization. For these reason, I strongly believe that I would hire inexperienced worker for the type of building and construction work

Secondly, the type of my organization needs the work for professional level or calculating, I would hire experienced worker at a high salary. Experience is the most important criteria for getting professional job and makes the person perfect. With this type of work, a perfect one can only work effectively and efficiently by the time he/she joins the organization. Even for experienced person, it takes some time to understand the way the organization works and the management over there. So, for inexperienced worker, it takes almost months to years to know the working atmosphere depending upon the type of work. Furthermore, training is required for an inexperienced worker and the training expenses can be more. But for the experienced worker, training is not required, one can just understand by observing, and managing oneself.  The experienced one can get the job done soon while the inexperienced worker takes double the time. Double the time means double the salary one gets, so experienced worker needs to be hired. For these reasons, I can firmly point out that I would hire experienced worker for the work requiring professional level in my organization.

To sum up, hiring the worker depends upon the type of work. In case that the work is related to the organization for building and construction, the work requires workers for the same purpose, then I would surely hire inexperienced workers at a lower salary. On the other hand, if the work needs to support for professional level and calculating, I would hire experienced work. According to my current job in the international organization, I would prefer an experienced worker even at a higher salary because experienced workers are more effective than inexperienced ones regardless (khong ke, bat chap) of the amount
