I think I put this on my message board one time but idk

-

"She died at the hands of herself
She died 'cause she felt she hadn't any wealth
As she took her final breath,
She hoped to see the face of death.

Time was not her savior,
If it was it would've been in her favor.
It would've been in the favor of all those that quit.
But instead it decided to sit.
Sit back, continue to enjoy the show.

It watched as all of them were done
It watched as all of them were ready to strike.
One was holding a gun
To the head
And ready for internal bed.

Two others were holding a knife,
One to the neck,
The other to their wrist.

And all at once they pulled the trigger and sliced letting the blood flow.

And the last you see,
Is right here next to me.
She grabbed the rope and hung the noose at the tree,
For everyone to see what they had done.

She jumped
And thought,
Is this the right decision?
Though she couldn't back down,
For the action was only a matter of time.
And time was starting to climb.

And there she found.
Eyes dead,
Remembering what she had once said.

'Listen. It's perfect. No....Sound.'

But now as I end this speech,
I think one little thing.

Make sure they are loaded,
Now aim,
And wait.
For this will soon,
For all of you,
Be done.

Now men.
Fire your guns."

She held her glass up as if doing a toast.

And so then shots could be heard, and right after screams of terror. She stood at the top of the stairs in an elegant red dress. Below her all the townspeople ran. A massacre. A diversion. A distraction. But the doors remain unopened. Locked.

She took a sip from her wine. Watching as everyone gets murdered beneath her; her face remaining neutral. The mayor. The blacksmith. The women. The men. Everyone. She turns around and begins to walk away.

It was the perfect event. And perfect distraction. She held a town meeting and everyone came even the maids. Everyone wore something fancy. It was beautiful.

It was beauty turned to chaos.
