Kevin POV:

One month passed and today is my last exam. Guess what? It's biology! Damn, I suck at it or...it sucks me.

Biology is the natural science that studies life and living organisms, including their physical structure, chemical processes, molecular interactions, physiological mechanisms, development and evolution.

Hehe, I'm not saying this. Obviously I copied it from Google. Whatever I don't even care enough to read it.

Now, I'm on the couch with the world's heaviest biology book as dad is roaming around mom, as if he wants to apologize for something.

I am damn sure that something happened on the anniversary night. Since then mom is ignoring him. What can happen?

"*clears throat* Are you done with studying?" Brother asked.

"Who cares? I only need to pass somehow and I would make it." I smiled.

"That's so you." He sighed as I laughed.

Mom gave me the food salad and sat beside Andren.

"Andren, open your mouth." She said, holding a spoonful of custard in front of his mouth.

"Mom, I'm not a baby." He said.

"Don't talk much and open your mouth" She said and fed him as he continued checking the files.

Haha, mom always likes to feed him.

"Bye mom!" I waved at her and went to college. 

God, today is my last exam and that too biology. Please help me pass it! Please! After today, Summer Vacation is gonna start and then...ENJOY!

I reached at my college and went directly to 3rd year building, I'm bit tensed today.

I was walking while remembering the notes when I bumped with someone.

"Sorry." the person said before I could say something and was about to go when I stopped him.

"Daniel?" I asked.

"Yes?" He asked, still looking into the book.

"Daniel!" I shouted as the looked at me.

"Hey Kevin!" He smiled and again looked inside the book.

"Reading biology huh?" I laughed as we went to the class.

Everyone was tensed, god knows what's gonna happen today.

"Good morning students." The teacher entered.

Everyone looked at the teacher once and then again looked inside the book,  which made the teacher a little irritated.

"Close your books and take the sheets." He said while simultaneously trying to control his anger.

He started distributing the question papers when I called him almost in a whisper.

"Sir?"

"What happened?" He asked.

"May I say something? Please don't mind." I said.

He raised his eyebrows and asked "Yes, you can."

"Rose pink really suits you, you are looking handsome, sir." I winked as his mood changed.

He tried hard to control his smile and said "Ok ok, now concentrate on your exam."

Thank god, now I'll pass the exam for sure and moreover he is our biology teacher!

The exam was...I won't say great but it's...ugh, it's better to not talk about it now. Today is the last day of college befor summer vacation but I don't feel like to talking with girls.

I directly came out of the college and waved Daniel good bye before leaving.

Instead of going home I went to the park. I felt like to spending some time alone.

It's so lovely here!

I was roaming around the park when I spotted HER.

What she is doing here?

I saw Hazel coming towards me, but she is looking inside her purse.

She came to me and turned left.

=_= She didn't even noticed me? Damn, now I'm feeling out of place!

I saw her go towards the balloon seller and buy some balloons.

Eh?

After buying them, I noticed a charming smile made it's way to her face. Most probably she brought more than 10 balloons.

She left the park and I started following her. Don't mind me, I'm just curious.

She went in the busy market and after crossing the bridge she reached in front of a small, old house.

Is that her house? Eww! I didn't know that she is so poor.

She knocked the door as it doesn't has a door bell. I was hiding behind the pole so that she couldn't see me.

After a minute, an old lady came out followed by some small kids.

"Good evening, grandma." she smiled. "Hey my little charms!" She bend to the kids level as they smiled brightly.

"How are you, my dear?" The aged woman asked.

"I'm fine. How are you doing?" She asked.

"Life is going good and it's only because of you that we are living such a peaceful life." She replied as Hazel hugged her.

"You know we learned new things today at school!" The kids howled.

"Wow, that's great! Will you teach me too?" Hazel asked.

"Yess!"

"See, I brought balloons for you all." She smiled and distributed the balloons.

"Why don't you come inside?" The aged woman asked.

"I wish I could spend some time here but sis is waiting for me and its going to be dark soon" She said. "I hope you are not facing any problems?"

"How can we face any problem when you are with us?" She smiled.

After talking with her, Hazel went away.

Who are they? And what's her relation with them?

I was about to go too when I saw a man going inside the house opposite to them.

"Excuse me?" I asked.

"Yes?"

"Do you know anything about the old lady and the children that live in that house?"

"Do you want to know why the girl came here to meet them?" He chuckled and I nodded.

"Mrs. Johnson lost her husband and son in an accident just an year ago. She used to work in an orphanage, after some days some problems occurred and she had to sell the orphanage to some foreign businessmen. She had no place to live so she brought the orphan children to her house. Days passed by and their situation was turning worst. Me and other neighbors also tried to help her but we also have our own family and none of us is rich enough.

One day, the old lady was about to commit suicide but then that young girl....her name...yes! Hazel! Hazel stopped her. She decided to help her and the orphan children. She is paying for the basic needs. She is helping as much she can and we all are supporting her." the man smiled.

"Oh" I was surprised. "Thanks "

I went to the parking zone and directly drived to home.

Wow! I never saw this side of her. She is really something. I knew that she is not like others but this? I never expected this from her.

If I tell her that I saw her, will she accept that or will she make excuses? Why doesn't she want to show this side of hers to others?

I reached home with a smile decorating my face. Damn, she really made me happy. I didn't know it feels so good to see someone happy. Those children's and that old lady's smiles were really very precious and I realized that today.

"You seem to be in a good mood?" Mom asked, breaking my chain of thoughts.

I looked at her as dad was tieing a bracelet on her wrist. I guess they again sorted things out.

She is really lucky for everyone.

"Yeha mom, I saw something which I have never seen before" I smiled and went to my room.

After changing I jumped on my bed and tried to sleep but my thoughts again drived back to her.

She really...has a good heart.
