It would not stop raining. Gazing out the window with glum faces, Mel and Buddy looked at each other. "This Christmas vacation sucks," they declared at the same time. Walking away from the window, they went to get something to eat from the kitchen. They passed Leonard and Pops, who were busy trying to find something to watch on the TV.

Absolutely nothing.

"Mommy I'm bored," Norman squeaked. Kneeling down beside her adopted son, Daisy ruffled the fur on his head gently. "I know sweetheart, we are too," she murmured. Watching his wife, Snowball sighed as he looked up at Duke. "This vacation seems to get worse with each day," the rabbit muttered. Nodding his head, Duke added, "And poor Tiny is back home by himself."

"I am the worst mother in the world..." Gidget whimpered. She and Max were in one of the bedrooms. They were at a hotel room in London. Their Christmas vacation was in tatters. And it all started with them accidentally leaving their young son Tiny home alone. The pair were deeply worried about their baby boy. Wrapping his arm around her shoulders, Max reassured Gidget, "You are not the worst mother in the world."

"Yes I am."

"No you're not."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes!"

"Honey, you are not," Max pointed out. Pulling Gidget into a warm hug, the Jack Russell terrier murmured, "This kind of thing happens, it's a part of having a family. We yell at each other, we make mistakes, we accidentally lose kids while going on vacation. It happens."

"Your point?" Gidget grumbled. Kissing her on the forehead gently, Max answered, "We're a family, no matter what. Tomorrow night, we're getting on the first plane to Chicago and we'll be home by Christmas morning. Tiny is going to be alright until then. Besides, nothing interesting happens on Illumination Avenue. It's the most boring street in the world."
