Sometimes when I'm writing, I'm trying really hard to get a chapter or a story done. And I even had this problem when it came to starting a new book.

But like the tittle and the pictures in the media say.

"Take your time."

Is basically summing it up.

And for those of you that the pictures won't load. The first one says:

"Don't rush to fall in love,

Because even in fairy tales,

The happy ending takes place,

on the last page."

And the second one says:

"Your speed doesn't matter

Forward is forward."

And the first time I saw this, I instantly thought about my writing.

I was always trying to hurry with a new chapter as soon as possible, and that was just not working for me.

I was getting stressed, and sexually frustrated!

Wait, what?

Anyway, so this has taught me to slow down when I wrote. Also taught me that I don't need to rush into the "realationship", or the "major plot" of a story.

Whether that's writing a chapter, or the speed of the story.

For God's sakes, on my first story I was planning there to be about 10 to 20 chapters. That's how long I thought it was going to be.

But noooooooooooooo, I dragged it out. Added a LOT of detail.

And BAM!!!!!

The next thing I knew, there was 40 fucking chapters!

Seriously, don't rush this shit.

Take your time.
