*Disclaimer: I, myself, am not a trans mtf. I do have friends who are though and have seen a few tricks around too

*Ill be giving tips for mainly when you're closeted. There will be some about if you're out too tho. Lemme know what you guys need help curing your dysphoria with.

Hip dysphoria:
In order to make your waist look more curvy/fem high waisted pants REALLY help. Low rise do nothing for your hips. If you also want your hips to look bigger, slightly baggy pants help with that.

Makeshift bra:
If you are unable to get or "borrow" a real bra another thing you could use is a tighter fitting tank top (not that it hurts, just that it's not baggy). You can take this tank top and cut it to make it shorter or just roll it up to look like it's short (this helps if you're worried about someone finding it. Plus since it's rolled up there's layers which might give the allusion you have boobs. I haven't tried this but I feel like it should work).
