"Stop this shit right now!"

Your voice halts the two men on the floor before you, and the bickering neighbors soon begin to cower away into their rooms.

Your eyes travel the mess in the apartment. The couch was pushed over and most of your cutlery lay in shattered pieces all over the floor. The remains of your dining room chairs lay in different areas of the space and you didn't even want to look at your TV.

In the center of it all, were two mounds of pure crimson anger that fumed tremendously. Held by his collar, Jimin stares up from beneath Jungkook, a cut on his lip and a bruised face evident of their struggle.

You grit out, fed-up with everything.

"Get out. Both of you!"

Completely ignoring your words, Jungkook shoves Jimin out of his grip and stands up to face you.

"Why was he here, butt naked in your fucking bed?!"

His loud voice thunders through the room and you grit your teeth, pushing past him. Grabbing Jimin's hand, you slowly help him up as your eyes soften towards him.

"Are you okay?"

You ask softly, touching the cut on his lip as your arm rests on his shoulder.

He nods, breaking a small smile before wincing, his arm wrapping around your waist.

Through all this, Jungkook watched in disbelief at the scene playing out before him.

"I can't believe you."

Your head snaps towards Jungkook's disgusted tone.

"So this is what you've been doing while I was gone? Fucking him day and night?"

You gawk at Jungkook, eyes widened.

"Kook, don't-"

"I'm leaving."

He bluntly states before pushing past the two of you into his room.

You furrow your eyebrows, your heart rate increasing as you begin to panic at his words.

"W-what?"

You follow him into his room to see his suitcase open on his bed while he throws random clothes in from his closet.

"I'm leaving. I'll find another apartment to stay in."

And all of a sudden, the confession he made to you before seemed to vanish into thin air. The cold, merciless and crude Jungkook was back on display before you, as if nothing had ever changed.

You shake your head, attempting to close the suitcase.

"You're not leaving! A-and how will I pay the bills?! You're the only one with the money as of now!"

He harshly pulls his suitcase away from you.

"Then live with him."

You glance towards Jimin who was standing awkwardly in the living room, unknowing of the conversation that was taking place.

You forcefully pull the suitcase away from him, and he attempts to pull it back.

"K-Kook, stop it! You're not leaving!"

"Yes, I am!"

He screams, suddenly shoving you backwards and you slam into the wall, your shoulder harshly hitting the painting behind you as the glass shatters, falling down on you. Your breath hitches, eyes widening at what just happened.

*Flashback*

"Jeon Jungkook, you are not leaving this household!"

Oh god, they're fighting again.

Why does he even try? It's never going to work.

You press your knees up against your chest on the couch, as a dangerously escalating situation played out before you.

"I don't want to stay here anymore. I'll find an apartment to live in!"

Jungkook yells, and your father stands up abruptly.

"After everything we've done for you, this is what you give us in return?!"

He grabs the handle of the suitcase, attempting to pull it away from Jungkook. Your eyes widen, your heart thumping loudly in your ears when you see Jungkook gritting his teeth and jerking it back to him.

W-what is he doing?

"Kook, stop! You're not leaving!"

Your mother shouts, her shrill voice piercing through the room as she grabs the suitcase, pulling on it harshly.

"Yes, I am!"

He screams, and your higher scream mixes along with his when you see him harshly pushing her away, and she slams into the cold wall, stumbling to the floor.

Your eyes widen as your hands cover your mouth, staring in horror between your struggling mother and a raging Jungkook.

He's never laid a finger on them. W-What has he gotten himself into?!

The sound of skin meeting skin echoes through the room, and Jungkook's head is lowered when the suitcase is forcefully pulled out of his hands and thrown across the room, smashing into the large painting on the wall.

The glass breaks, shattering all over the floor.

The imprint of his father's hand across his cheek stung like bees, as his hand snaps up to Jungkook's throat.

You gasp, when Jungkook yelps and his father's hand tightens around his neck. You jump up immediately, tears racing down your face as you push yourself in between them.

"Father, please!"

You cry out, trying to separate his hand from ending the life of his son, your brother.

"Please stop!"

You yell, and your father pulls his hand away harshly.

Jungkook coughs vigorously as you place his head in your neck, stroking his back.

Your father's menacing voice growled behind you.

"The next time you try to leave before your time, I will end you."

*End of Flashback*

Your eyes travel to an unbothered Jungkook as he zips his suitcase shut. Your breath hitches as you slump down onto the floor, a wavering whisper escaping your lips.

"P-Please don't leave like this."

Jimin barges into the room, hearing the noise and commotion. His eyes widen when his attention falls to you and he crouches down, staring up at Jungkook.

"Are you insane?!"

He wraps an arm around your shoulder, slowly pulling you up as Jungkook's eyes travel between the two of you.

"K-Kook, you're overreacting! Just listen to-"

"I'm overreacting?"

He scoffs, picking up the suitcase in his hands.

"Have a nice time, Y/N."

He spits out, before pushing past the two of you and the front door slams shut. You lower yourself to your knees, your fingers gripping the roots of your hair, drops of sorrow pouring down your face.

First Taehyung, and now him. Who else am I going to lose?

How many more people are going to give up on me?!

You break down in nerve-racking sobs and a pair of strong arms wrap around you, engulfing you in his loving warmth.

"What am I doing wrong?"

You wail into Jimin's chest as he strokes your hair, his tongue brushing over the cut on his lip and the metallic taste of blood fills his senses.

"It's not you. It's the people around you."

Stop crying. This is pathetic.

Look at what you've become!

A crying stereotype that has no independence.

A voice in your head echoes, and you grit your teeth, squeezing your eyes shut to stop the tears from escaping your eyes.

You slowly pull yourself away from Jimin, standing up.

"Y/N?"

He stands up, his glazy eyes washed over in worry when he furrows his eyebrows at you.

"I can't let him go like this."

You whisper. You turn to go after him, but Jimin's arm snaps up to yours, holding your wrist tightly as he shakes his head.

"He's a grown ass man that can make his own decisions, Y/N. If he really cares about you, he'd show up a few days from now on that doorstep with nothing left."

You lower your gaze.

"But I can't stay here. My final tournament is 2 days from now, and I'm required to pay the rent tomorrow. Jungkook's refusing to give me the money, so I can't stay here anymore."

Jimin sighs, his grip on your wrist loosening.

"Y-You can stay with me?"

He mumbles and you scrunch your face up at his muffled words.

"What?"

His face turns a bright shade of red as he coughs, running a hand through his hair.

"Youcanstaywithme."

He splutters and groans, seeing your clueless face.

"You c-can stay... with me."

He says softly, and a warm feeling engulfs your chest, spreading all over your body in tingles that appeared in the form of goosebumps on your skin.

Wiggling your toes in your socks, you smile through your tears.

"I can't do that. Bora would never-"

"Bora can't say anything about this. If I say you're coming to stay, then you're coming to stay."

He says, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear as his soft lips are pressed against yours for a short, sweet kiss.

You sigh, looking around the room.

"You're cleaning this up."

You snap, landing a blow to his chest and he winces, rubbing the area.

"Why me?!"

"Because you and that asshat decided to fight in my apartment!"

Jimin's face contorts, looking at the room before skipping over the debris.

"We'll do it tomorrow."

You nibble on your lower lip, gathering some clothes from your trashed room to spend the night at Jimin's.

Your hands intertwine with his as you swing your bag over your shoulder, strolling down the dim-lit road with him.

Your stomach growls, a concoction of weird noises startling you and Jimin. Your eyes widen in embarrassment as he bursts out in laughter.

"Well, someone's hungry!"

He chimes, booping your nose as you swat his hand away.

"I've been through too much today!"

You exclaim, pressing the bridge of your nose.

"How did your... talk with Taehyung go?"

Jimin suddenly asks, a sense of caution lingering beneath his words as you nibble on your lower lip.

"I-It went fine! Just fine."

"You shouldn't lie to me, babe."

He states, and your heart skips a beat at the nickname you could never get used to.

Babe.

"I'm not lying! Why would I?"

You grumble as he stares at you from the side. You glance at him through the corner of your eye before sighing and beginning to swing your connected hands back and forth.

"Do you think everything will go back to the way it was if I win this tournament?"

A small smile surfaces on his face.

"Of course! You'd have managers flocking to sponsor you."

You let out a deep breath before looking at Jimin.

"Thank you."

"For what?"

"Everything."

He lets go of your hand, redirecting it around your waist and pulling you close to him so your sides are pressing against each other.

He looks down at you through his pretty lashes, his eyes pushing up into little crescents as his cheeks puff out.

"Anything for you, Titanium."

You snicker, patting his chest as the two of you stroll up to his house.

Pushing the creaky door open, you walk into the living room awkwardly, laying your bag down. You suddenly hear loud footsteps from above and you startle when loud thumps echo through the house as Jimin sighs.

"Brace yourself."

He mutters as an excited Bora skips around the corner into the living room, her grin vanishing instantly when her eyes land on you.

"Why is she here?!"

She screeches with no hesitation as you sigh, sitting down and crossing your legs, swinging it obnoxiously.

You tilt your head to the side, staring at her with a mocking smile as Jimin presses his lips together to prevent himself from laughing.

"Jiminie!"

She yells, and he startles.

"What?"

His voice had suddenly become as quiet as a mouse and he yelps when she hits his arm.

"You did this on purpose! How long is she going to be staying with us?"

"As long as it takes."

You chime, and it wasn't helping the situation as Jimin looks at you with pleading eyes. Bora's face turns a bright shade of red when she shakes her index finger at you.

"Y-You! I said I wanted to t-talk to you after your match but you just left! You aren't welcome here, so stop making yourself comfortable!"

She splutters, her mind scrambling from the silly anger that fogged her mind. She turns to Jimin who had cracked a smile and yells in frustration, kicking his leg and storming upstairs.

He lets out his giggles as soon as her footsteps disappear and so do you. He collapses beside you, his cheek resting on your shoulder as he looks up at you.

"Why do you love torturing her, hmm?"

He giggles and you snort.

"Because she's annoying!"

The both of you startle when you hear her stomping down once more. She appears in the archway, still looking as frustrated as ever.

"And I'm not sharing my room with her! Put her on the damn couch."

She spits out before stomping upstairs once more.

Jimin sighs.

"I guess you're sleeping with me then, baby."

He whispers, his hand slinking over to your thigh as you giggle.

"You idiot. Don't you have a guest room?"

He shakes his head and you feel your stomach somersault when his hand reaches down to your inner thigh, stroking it softly.

Goddamn it.

"Let's g-go to your room, hmm?"

He smiles playfully at your sentence.

"With pleasure."

A/N: There's probably 10 chapters left for this book 😢

If I feel the need to add in more, I will. Don't worry, this is excluding the Epilogues, so there's still quite a bit left

Yours hoefully,

Kim
