Leo eyes flung open. He got up groaning, trying to remember what happened. His whole body wasn't in pain, it felt better than it ever felt before. His eye sight was crystal clear and he could see much further away than he used to.
What happened? he thought.
He was in Donnie's lab, a drip in his arm. Leo pulled out the drip and the place where the injection was, instantly healed. Weird, he thought.
He heard Donnie, Raph, Mikey and Sky in the living room, laughing. He got off the desk and walked to his brothers and friend. He was at the door way when he slid his tongue across his teeth. He felt two of his teeth were longer that the others. He turned around and looked for a mirror in Donnie's lab. He found one. He looked the same except, he had a scar on his neck and he opened his mouth. To his shock he saw two long fangs. His eyes widened. He sucked at them and they instantly went into his gum. He opened his mouth again and his fangs were gone.
Retractable fangs, interesting... He thought.
He walked into the living room and sat on the couch.
"Hey dude! Are you okay?" Mikey asked noticing his brother's appearance. Leo nodded.
"You fainted an hour ago, did Master Splinter tell you anything?" Raph asked. Leo shook his head.
"Who's Master Splinter?" Sky asked.
"He's our father." Donnie said.
"Can I meet him?" she asked.
"No, he's kinda dead." Donnie said.
"Then how do you tal-" Raph cut off Sky, "That's enough of Sensei!"
Raph got up and put his hand on Leo's shoulder, "Glad you're okay bro."
Leo stood rock still and nodded.
"There's some nice warm tasty pizza waiting for ya', you must be hungry!" Mikey grinned. For some odd reason Leo had no taste for pizza.
"I'm fine, thanks," Leo croaked. His brothers gasped.
"You never dissed a pizza before! There's something wrong!" Donnie exclaimed.
Mikey grabbed Leo's shoulders and pulled his face to face him. He was staring eye to eye with Leo. Mikey was studying his brothers face. This annoyed Leo. Instead of being calm and telling Mikey to leave him alone, a fierceness plunged into his mind. He felt his fangs slide out, and his eye change crystal blue, he opened his mouth and hissed at Mikey loudly in defense. Leo lips formed into a snarl. Mikey leapt out of the way and behind a startled Raph.
Raph, Mikey, Donnie and Sky looked at Leo in horror. Leo retracted his fangs and his eyes went back to normal. He finally realized what he did.
"I-I'm so-o sorr-ry M-Mikey! I d-don't kno-ow what-t h-happened!" Leo stammered apologetically.
"He-e's a-a-a," Mikey swallowed hard, "A VAMPIRE!"
"But that's impossible! How?" Donnie studied his eldest brother, "I need to run some tests on him, Raph, Mikey tie him up, Sky come with me."
Leo stared in horror at Donnie, "I'm not an animal! You can't chain me up! I'm your brother! Leo!"
Donnie gave him a sympathetic look, "But your vampire instincts could jump out at anytime, it's a safety risk." he said as he walked into his lab with Sky. Raph and Mikey came up to him, with chain in their hands, they started tying him up.
This isn't fair! Leo thought. He got up and shook of the chains. This sent Raph and Mikey flying onto the opposite sides of the room.
So I have super strength as well now, huh? He thought and smirked.
The weird thing, is he didn't fling his brothers across the room on purpose, he didn't mean to. Raph and Mikey jumped back up, weapon in hand, "C'mon Leo! We don't want to hurt you, just get into the chains." Mikey said calmly.
Leo narrowed his eyes, and felt his fangs slide out again.
