Third Person P.O.V.

Rosalie had just finished getting ready and it had been more than an hour since she heard from Colby. She put on her dress and had her hair done.

She had already gotten the stuff done already with Jeff, Matt, Patricia and Amy's help. There was two hours until the baby shower/gender reveal would start.

The catering was set up as well as the photo booth and the decorations. Everything was set up just the way she liked and the fact she did it while her husband took forever to get home surprised her.

"I swear I'm gonna kick their asses." she said as she sat on the couch.

As soon as she said that, she heard the sound of tires screeching, making Kevin bark. Amy grabbed him as she answered the door. Colby walked in with Jon and Renee as Rosalie got up. She put a hand on her hip as she looked at her nervous husband.

He walked to her and kissed her cheek. She smiled at him, even though she still felt a little mad.

"You're late." she told him. "Well, hello to you too, Mom." he said, making her glare playfully at him.

"Hey, darlin'." Jon said as he and Renee looked at her with nervousness.

"Hey, guys! How are you?" she asked with sarcasm. "Great. Traffic was just bad." Jon replied. "Right? Yeah, traffic was five hours bad." she replied as they laughed.

"I kept reminding them.More than once." Renee reasoned. "Well, at least you tried to do something." Rosalie said.

"You, me, outside." she said as she grabbed Colby's hand and dragged him outside. For once, he was actually scared of his wife. He knew patience wasn't her thing when she got pregnant. He knew he screwed up, but it would all change later on.

Once they got outside, she began talking to him.

"I had hundreds of people come to the house and we were just panicking because you never came. I just don't want the baby shower to get fucked up. You were putting me through so much stress because you weren't helping." she said.

"I know, babe. I'm so sorry. It won't happen again." he said as he went to kiss her, but she shoved his face away.

"Uh-uh, buddy. I'm serious. Next time you do something like this, I'm gonna kick your ass." she said. "That's the seventh time." he said, trying not to laugh. "I wish you could be a woman. For one day." she said. "I know." he told her. "Where's my cake?" she asked.

"It should be here. I don't know when." he replied. Rosalie groaned before he pulled her into a hug.

"I hate you so much." she replied.

"But you love me too much." Colby said.

There was another knock on the door and Colby went to answer it as Rosalie looked confused.

"Delivery for Rosalie Dumas?" she heard a male voice ask. "Yes, thank you very much." Colby replied. He turned as Jon closed the door and Colby walked to her.

"Surprise!" he said.

She gasped as she saw the cake she wanted. "Oh, my gosh. That's the cake I wanted." she said. "I knew you would be happy." he told her as Matt took it and set it down on the table.

Rosalie went to Colby, who smiled and kissed her.

"This doesn't make sense on why he took so long." Amy whispered to Patricia.

"Agreed." the blonde whispered back.

"Actually, hold on. Come with me." Amy said as she dragged Patricia along with her as Rosalie and the others played with Max.

Both ladies went to Colby's truck and opened the door. They both smirked at the fallen pieces of cake there were in the back seat.

"Hahaha. Busted." Amy said as she picked up a piece.

"I guess the combination of Colby and Jon is the worst combination." Patricia said.

"Ooh, I agree." the brown-haired female said as they closed the door.

7:30 P.M

All the guests had already arrived and the baby shower was going absolutely well. Colby and Rosalie's friends brought gifts and were getting along great with the other guests.

"And next thing you know, he just randomly pops up from the pool and scares the living shit out of me!" Rosalie said, making the girls laugh. They were walking about how Colby pranked her during the first few months they moved in together.

"Did you get payback?" Alexa asked.

"Oh, yeah. I put icy hot in his boxers and let's say he was mad for a whole week." she explained.

"Haha! At least he learned his lesson." Nikki said.

"He and Jon also pranked her and Joe with a bucket of slime getting dumped on her while they walked through the door after a match." April said.

"No way!" Eva said. "No joke! It was an entire month of prank wars." Rosalie said, making all the girls laugh with her.

"Everybody, get ready! It's time for some baby shower games!" Amy said as she and Patricia stood together. Everybody looked as Jeff and Matt held a scoreboard.

"There will be four contests. The first one will be putting on a diaper on the baby doll blindfolded. First, there will be two teams. Team Colby and Team Rosalie." Patricia explained.

All the guys went to Colby and the girls went to Rosalie.

Matt and Jeff gave us blindfolds and I tried to focus on my hands.

"Ready, set, go!" Patricia said.

Rosalie's hands began fumbling as her team began encouraging her. "I can't see anything! How do I do this?" she asked over the cheering.

"We win!" Joe's voice said as his team cheered. Rosalie took off her blindfold as chuckled as her husband and the guys celebrated.

"Now's time for the bottle chugging. Four members from each team will be chugging the bottle of milk. Whoever finishes all the bottles, wins." Amy explained.

Alexa, Rosalie, Nikki, and Renee all grabbed bottles as did Colby, Nick, Jon, and Bryan. "Ready, and go!"

All of them began chugging the bottles as their teams were encouraging them through cheering. 

Soon, Rosalie, Renee, and Nikki finished as did Colby and Jon.

"Come on, Lexi!" Renee said.

"Chug! Chug! Chug!" everybody chanted. Nick and Bryan were almost done until Alexa rose up her bottle, making Team Rosalie cheer.

"Team Rosalie wins!" Patricia said.

"Now, it's time to play the toughest one. Guess how many gumballs are in the giant bottle. Your teams will discuss your answers. We'll reveal the exact amount." she explained.

A huge giant bottle with gumballs was passed around as the two teams discussed their guesses.

"Okay, we're ready!" Colby said.

Both him and his wife revealed their team's guesses. Colby's had 94 and Rosalie's had 102.

"How many is there?" Trinity asked.

Amy revealed the answer, which was 97.

Team Rosalie screamed and cheered as they knew they won. Colby playfully glared as the guys laughed, clapping.

"Now, the part you're all waiting for The gender reveal!"

Renee and Saraya brought in two giant balloons. One of them had Baby #1 on it and the other had Baby #2.

"Okay. So, were put some confetti in each of the balloons. You'll pop the first one together and the color will be either blue or pink. Then, you'll pop the other one." Patricia explained.

They got the first balloon and were handed pins.

"Three! Two! One!"

Rosalie and Colby popped the balloon and out came pink confetti. Everybody cheered loudly, mostly the girls as he picked her up, spinning her around.

"We're having a Daddy's Angel!" he said as he kissed her. She smiled as she hugged him.

They got the second balloon and the guests counted down again.

"Three! Two! One!"

The couple popped the balloon and out came blue confetti. The guys cheered mostly as Colby jumped up and down and went crazy.

"Guess we know what other gender he was going for." Brie said.

Colby hugged his wife tightly as she hugged him back. "A little boy and girl. I couldn't be more happier." he told her. "Me too." she said as the others 'awww'ed.

After that, everybody was served food and cake and chatting with one another. Colby and Rosalie opened up numerous gifts from their guests and accepted them.

Rosalie and Colby were together, enjoying the sight. "What a wild day it has been." he said. "At least you made it and we got everything settled." she said. He looked down at her and smiled as he kissed her lips. She kissed him back as Alexa and Nikki fangirled.

They pulled away as Patricia and Amy walked over.

"Sorry to interrupt, but can we borrow her for a bit?" the taller female asked her son-in-law. He nodded before he kissed Rosalie's cheek and walked off to give the three ladies their privacy.

"Come outside. We want to show you something." Patricia said as she grabbed her niece's hand and they guided her outside.

"What's going on?" she asked.

They got to the truck and Amy opened the door. "Take a look for yourself."

"What the fuck?" she said as she saw the fallen contents in the floor and on the seat. "Is that puke?" she asked. "No, it's not. It was your first cake!" Patricia answered.

Rosalie got a piece and examined it.

"Oh, my gosh, that is cake. Oh, shit motherfucker!" she said.

She grabbed a piece of cake in her hand and laughed as she knew Colby was such a bad liar.

Rosalie and Colby stood outside as they looked at the stars. The party was still going on and they wanted a little alone time.

"I can't wait until we see our son and daughter. I love them so much already." he said. "I can't wait until I'm officially a mom. I've dreamt of this my whole life." she explained. "Forever." he said. "Forever." she replied. He tenderly kissed her forehead as he placed a hand on her back.

She smirked at him as he had a look of confusion on his face. "What?" he asked with a smile.

She slowly showed him the piece of cake in her hand. "Um, what's that?" he asked. "You don't know what that is?" she asked with a raised eyebrow. He shook his head with a smile. "You're such a bad liar." she replied.

"It was Jon's idea. He made me do it." he reasoned with her. "I'll cut you some slack. At least the event went great." she said as she shoved the cake in his face. They laughed before he cupped her face, more likely getting frosting on her.

Only a matter of time before their bundles of joy would come into the world.
