*At night*

*Wave and rosetta arrived at their pack*

Beatstar: Hey guys! how was hunting?

Wave: It was good

Rosetta: Yeah- It was great actually!

Alberto: Glad it was X3

Rosetta: And the best part is...Wave has a crush! >:3

Alberto: Really? that's amazing wave! who's the lucky lady?

Wave: Uhh...I'd rather not say

Alberto: Ooh! a secret crush! I like where this is going >:3

Wave:...Well I wish i could stick around guys, but I think I'm gonna head to bed, I'm kind of tired

Alberto: Okay

*Wave walks off*

*In a random cave*

*Wave was drawing himself and ember in the dirt*

Wave: *Sighs and smiles softly* Oh ember...no matter what my grandfather thinks I will always be right here next to you

*Wave falls asleep in the cave dreaming of himself and ember*

*The next morning, at the camp*

*Ember walks out of the tent in her pajamas rubbing one of her eyes*

Wave: Psst!

Ember: Huh?

Wave (whispering): Ember!

*Ember looks up and sees wave on a tree branch*

Ember: Wave? why are you here?

Wave: Oh I came by to see you *climbs down the tree* I just thought maybe i could teach you more about the sea monsters

Ember: Ooh yes! i'd love that!

Wave: Okay

Wave: So many sea monsters come in many different shapes, sizes and colors! and their caudal fins can either be on the top of their tails or under, like me *shows ember his tail*

Ember: Wow, I never knew that before

Wave: Well now you know

*Ember chuckles at wave*

Wave: And here's another little something you don't know, female sea monsters sing an enchanting melody to attract a male sea monster

Ember: Really?

Wave: Yeah

Ember: *Chuckles* Well that's DEFINITELY something I didn't know

Wave: Now you know

*Wave and ember giggle*

 Wave:...Y'know emmy, I think it's great you and your family get to learn about my kind, it's...it kind of means a lot to me *wags his tail*

Ember: Oh well actually that's not the only reason we're here

Wave: Oh?

Ember: You see we came here with...someone who we plan to leave here

Wave: What- why?

Ember: Well...

*Flame walks out of the tent and sees wave*

Flame: AH! AH! SEA MONSTER!!! *pulls out a crossbow* DIE YOU SEA LIZARD SCUM!!!!

*Wave yelps and runs away*

Ember: No no no wave! come back!

*Flame shoots an arrow into the woods and it hits something*

Flame: YES! I GOT HIM!!

Ocean: What happened?! did we get attacked?!

Flame: No there was a sea monster in front of ember so I scared him off

*Ember slaps flame across the face*

Flame: Um OW! a thank you would have been appriciated since I just saved your life!

Ember: He wasn't attacking me! we were just talking!

Flame: Oh yeah? About what? about how he'll eat you first?

Esmerald: *Flames sprout from esmerald's eyes* SHUT UP FLAME!

*Flame shuts up and looks at esmerald with wide eyes*

*Meanwhile*

*The arrow flame shot almost hit wave but he thankfully dodged it*

Wave: Okay- now I can see why they wanna ditch flame here now

Ember (Faraway): Wave! come out here please, I want you to meet flame

Wave: Okay

*Wave crawls out of a bush and sees Ember, Esmerald, Ocean and Flame*

Esmerald: Oh hi again wave! :3

Wave (Shy): H- hello everyone *looks at flame and hides behind ember*

Esmerald: Wave, it's okay, he's not gonna hurt you

Esmerald (Threateningly): Isn't that right flame?

Flame (Nervously): Uh- n- no...not at all

*Wave slowly comes out from behind ember and looks at flame nervously*

Wave: Y- you're flame right?

Flame: Why yes I am! so you've heard of me?

Wave: Only from ember

Flame: Figures...

Wave: Why did you shoot me earlier?

Flame: Because you're a sea lizard-

*Esmerald slaps the back of flame's head*

Esmerald: Stop it flame!

Flame: What? he is though!

Wave: Well actually flame- We're not savages, we do speak english and we are civilized so we're actually pretty normal...also the term "Sea lizard" is kind of an extremely offensive slur to my species so...*slaps flame across his face*

Flame: Ow! jeez

Wave: Hey this is actually kind of fun *continues slapping flame*

Esmerald: *snickers* Well at least when he knows what to do whenever he sees flame

Flame: -_-

Wave: Well I better get going, I'll see you later

Ember: W-wait! why don't you stick around?

Wave: Oh- I- I don't know about that ember, if my parents found out I was here, Oof! *chuckles nervously* it WOULD be bad

Ember: Aw come on, I'm sure they're not gonna notice you gone for a couple of minutes

Wave: Ehh...Well I guess I could stick around

Ember: *squeals happily* Yay! *hugs wave tightly*

Wave:...*Tail starts wagging*

Esmerald: Aww his tail is wagging! he must like her X3

Ocean (wary): Yeah...a little TOO much

Esmerald: Ocean come on, ember is only hugging him, maybe when he gets a new friend it just makes his tail wag with happiness

Ocean (wary): Hmm...okay...but I'll keep an eye on him...just in case...
