okay guys I'm coming to you with this because I know some of you have experience with it and I trust you all 😂

so. I just got back from meeting my therapist. and. I didn't love her? so for you guys who have therapists... what do I do? this lady was nice, do I just stick with her? or should I look for someone I love and really connect with? I don't know I'm kind of stressing over this which was not the desired effect 😅
