Chapter 11: Happy Birthday!

I rolled over in Johns bed and saw his sleeping face. I smiled and got out from under the covers, and pulled them up around him.

I stretched as I walked to the living. I heard a soft knock from the door. "I'm coming..." I muttered.

But before I could get to the door, the whole squad, excluding Angelica, burst through the door.

"Goddamit, could you not wait?"

Peggy smiled and bopped my nose. "Nope, ya raging bisexual."

I rolled my eyes. "Did you bring his presents? And cake?"

"Yup," Herc nodded. "Laf made the cake." Herc kissed his boyfriend on the cheek.

Peggy huffed. "Can you two not be gay right now?"

Herc frowned. "I mean, we can't be straight sooooo......"

I looked through my friends. "Where's Angie?"

Maria sighed. "With her baby daddy."

I nodded. It kinda sucked that Jefferson was the baby's father.

"Look, you guys go hide the presents in the pantry. Put the cake in there too."

The squad ran off and hid the presents then walked back into the living room and sat down.

Johns door opened and he walked out. I ran to him and gave him a passionate kiss. "Happy birthday baby."

John smiled and looked around the room. He looked down at me and smirked.

He slammed against the wall and kissed me roughly.

Eliza ran over and hid Peggy and Lafayette's eyes. "THERE ARE VIRGINS IN THE ROOM!"

"Why the 'ell do you assume that I'm a virgin?" Laf asked.

"You're innocent," Eliza retorted.

"Not in bed," Herc muttered.

"You guys just totally ruined our moment," John complained.

"Good," Eliza said sharply.

John gave me one last kiss. He sat on the floor and I sat in his lap.

"So John, you're finally 20," Peggy started. "What you doing tonight?"

"Alexander," Maria whispered as if no one could hear her.

Peggy gave her a look and Maria laughed.

John shrugged. "I don't know. Maybe Maria's right." ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) He smirked at me and my face turned beet red.

"OKAYYYYYY!" Eliza interrupted. "John why don't we go get your presents for you to open?"

Everyone went to the pantry and got their presents for John. While they were gone we took a chance. I sucked on his neck, leaving a mark.

"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!" Peggy screeched.

I smiled and broke apart from him. There was a purple mark forming on his neck.

"Open mine first John!" Maria said and shoved a present in his face. He cautiously opened it. He pulled out a rain bow sweater.

"Oh my God! I love it!"

John got a case that said, "Sorry girls, I'm gay 🌈" and other stuff about him being gay.

"We saved the best present for last," I said and handed him a bag.

He looked inside and pulled out a turtle plushie. "HOLY FUCK I LOVE IT!"

John set the turtle down on the floor and kissed me. "Thank you, so much. I love all of you."

"We love you too, John," Eliza smiled and hugged him. They all gave him a hug and left.

I looked at John. "We're alone now.."

He smiled. "Yeah." He pushed my hair back behind my ears and roughly kissed me and moved his lips to my neck.

"Wait," I stopped him. "Shouldn't this be the other way around, considering it's your birthday?"

"Hmmm. Yeah I guess so."

I started to kiss his neck.

We moved to his room. I pushed him down on his bed and pulled off his shirt.

Then shit escalated from there.
