This is Mina Majikina. She first appeared in Samurai Shodown 5 and placed 1st in the Dengeki Online website DLC character poll
She's an exorcist who was shunned by her village due to her powers. And due to her isolation, she can't express any emotion.
Upon her victory against a certain ayakashi or a Yokai, her village is in ruins and all the inhabitants that lived there were dead. In the wreckage, she finds a small harmless creature named Chample to whom she grew attached to and considers Chample her only friend.
Her weapon of choice is a bow with arrows, and she can fire her arrows so fast, that even Green Arrow and Hawkeye put their arrow firing to shame.
