The WORST thing the First Order did, was killing Han Solo.  

Han Solo is a loved character all the way back to the original trilogy.  In this story,  it says Han and Leia had a son named Ben.  He was force sensitive, so they gave him to Luke to train with other force sensitive children.  He went bad, and killed all the force sensitive and changed his name to Kylo Ren. Han and Leia were devastated, but they never gave up on him.   

When the Resistance, *the people fighting against the First Order* went to go fight the First Order, Han finds Kylo Ren, and tries talking with him.  Kylo Ren got emotional,  and said he wanted Han to help him get rid of his pain. He gets out his lightsaber, and hold it out to Han. Han reaches for it, but Kylo Ren ignites his lightsaber and stabs him in the chest.
